Thank you!! I’ve done this every day at least once for two weeks. I woke up one morning feeling “different” and I realized it was because of this practice. I feel amazing and plan to continue this every day

Do you have any qigong for kidney, thyroid and restless legs? I’ve been doing acupuncture and the lady thinks it’s my thyroid causing hot and coldness, energy low and high, etc I won’t take medications because I’ve been off all addicting medications for several months including my thyroid so just finding natural ways to treat it for now as it’s affecting my sleep the restless legs. Thank you!

Take magnesium biglycinate until symptoms are relieved. I had the same problem, and I take 1 capsule with breakfast and 2 with dinner almost every day. Stress eats up magnesium.

Thanks for the video! Does Yin flow the energy up and yang flows the energy down? Also what parts of the body do they energise? Thanks!

Thank you for this wonderful exercise series. Your teaching style is engaging, clear and clear. However, I don't understand one thing. I learned that the right side is Yang and the left side is Yin. You teach differently. What is the reason of this? 🙏🌺

Hi Kris, this is a question I get quite often. The simple answer is that many people simply teach this incorrectly (sorry to say). It is quite clearly stated in The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Medicine that the sage faces south so when the morning sun rising in the east it touches his left side and is filled with the yang energy of the sun. Later as the sun moves across the sky and finally wanes into the darkness of dusk, the right side (yin) side is stimulated. Simple way to remember "Women are always right!"

You're welcome Shahzana, for chronic illness it is important to remove any stagnations in the meridians and promote the movement of Qi to help the body heal. The program will help with that. ua-cam.com/video/zBlEHH29SZs/v-deo.html

Left is Yin and Right is Yang though.

Hi Edgar this is a common mistake. In the ancient texts the emperor always sat facing south. This would have the new morning sun hit his left arm hence "yang". In TCM school one of my professors had a great way to remember. She said "women are always right?" lol hence the right arm being yin or female. When doing pulse diagnosis we listen to the lung spleen and kidney yang on the right arm and heart liver and kid yin on the left arm. this is where people often get confused.
