- In this video I share what I had by my side when I was nursing my baby. I learnt it the hard way that it's better to be more prepared when you sit down to feed your baby! My nursing station has seen it all: tears of pain after an improper latch, tears of joy after seeing my baby's first smile, sleepless nights, countless hours of holding, rocking, feeding and soothing. Needless to say, it becomes a new mother's home for the first few months. Hope this video helps you set up your nursing station!

You don't need a rocking chair, but choose a place where your back can be straight and you have some arm support, it gives you a better latch, and makes it easier to nurse longer. You can sit against the bed or wall, with a pillow behind your back, and a footstool to raise your legs. Postpartum swelling is a real thing and it helps to have feet raised.

Hi... wonderful video as usual... I just wanna share one of my experiences... I used to have nipple cracks in the beginning and a friend if mine sugested that Breastmilk is the best solution for that.. U just need to apply a little after every feeding session and it really worked for me!!

Ur videos r very helpful, I would like to ask u 1 thing, I have 2.5 Yr boy he is not showing interest to speak, he is just blabbering in his language, he use to speak only 3 words till now, I m really very confused, what to do with, bcoz in our house, we speak 2 languages like tamil nd sometimes English, but we r in Germany, here the language is different.. Please help me what to do with it.. Is it normal..?

Didn't use a hard spout sipper, just a silicone spout one. We used pura kiki and loved it.
Next video pls make a list of veg dishes v can make postpartum. That is quick n healthy.

The one I had was Delta, I don't think the exact one is available in India, but it was just like any other nursing chair, I remember Mothercare had some good ones, also online. Try a few if you can.
Hi mam mu baby is 9+months and i started giving him buffalo milk since 5 days he s having loose motion now and then and also vomitings what to do pls suggest me what to feed my baby he alao lost weight i am really stressed
Check if theres no other reason too, like teething, new foods etc. Usually cow milk is given after 12 months, until then breastmilk or formula is beneficial. Check his growth chart with a doctor for weight gain.

Hi Vidya...Ur videos are too good and act as a guide for new mommies...My 1 month old son cries excessively before passing urine... Doctors say it's normal, he doesn't have any internal issues but I feel very sad when he cries ,Am unable to do anything...Can u suggest remedies???

Hi vidya, this is Keerthi, what is the nipple cream or oil u had used. Can u pls share me the link to purchase. Is that oil to be clean before feeding? Currently am using mamaearth nipple butter, but am not cleaning before feeding as it's lanolin free. Is it ok to use like that.
Try applying a few drops of breastmilk after feeding, works really well. Even coconut oil worked for me, didnt really clean as it would get absorbed.

Hi Vidya, thankyou for your informative video. Even I am feeding my baby with manual breast pump ( I don’t have enough breast milk , baby not sucking directly) , so I was concerned , whether using breast pump can badly effect in production of breast milk ?Please reply
