Greatness! What a nerve wracking superb drive. New subscriber and been watching all your 996 vids. Myself a new owner of a 1999 996 Carrera and loving everything about it. Great content all around. Trying to get that duck tale spoiler in here El Paso Texas.
❤😊 every time when I see a Porsche video I always smile and my cheeks start to hurt because I just love the thrill and to see those Porsches and the motor of the sound is so sweet. Keep up the good work piece. Have a good day take care.
great video Lee and Mark is a superstar for letting you drive the car. I am not sure if the car you drove is running K16 or the larger k24 turbos of the Evo 1998 model. The larger turbos really give this car Carrera GT performance. The 911GT had thinner glass, thinner gauge steel, aluminium doors which you mentioned and an aluminium bonnet plus a short shift kit on the gear lever. The Evo's got steel doors. A proper weapon.
In heavy rain no less, great assessment! Can you speak to the issue/symptoms that plagued your 40th key fob? Immobilizer functionality junk out? Cheers!
Great car but your review doesn't tell us enough about the car. Now Harry's Garage review on this fantastic car fully tells the enthusiast about the car and the driving experience in full detail.
I wish I was in the Porsche with you to go for a good joyride and I will treat for lunch if I was in the Porsche with you take care bro have a good day
Porsche made only 57 worldwide. The riviera blue is my ultimate dream car. Only 7 are existing out of 57. As i know one is also in England currently. I hope they will not being eaten by the British weather conditions.
I'm very familiar with the roads you've driven down and the GT2 didn't come across as 'crashy' over some of the poor road surfaces.... a modern GTi can be a real bone shaker at times.
Great car. And Great Cars that porsche creates. I found it a bit offensive to say that nowadays, porsche needs a „silly“ Wing and put this into context of the look of a car. The 993 Looks Great, but the actual gt3rs also, but that is not the Point right? It all has a function and the Look comes along with it. Thx for the vid
Bro I don’t care what Porsche it is I love the mall there’s no substitute but Porsche and I always will say that I don’t have one yet but I will get one
Epic car! What dreams are made of!
And in the rain! Talk about driven, not hidden!
Sounds like it’s as incredible as everyone says it is 👌🏻
Good job buddy great car .
Dream car.
Nice car to experience. Looking forward to the next video. Happy Motoring!
Thanks 👍
I can only imagine the feeling when it started to really rain hard! Must have been a relief to arrive back to Paragon in one peice.
It definitely was!

Congratulations Lee! What an awesome box to tick❤
Memorable indeed! Glad you got home unscathed. Can we expect to see you in a GT1 any time soon so you can cross off another unicorn?
I can only live in hope!
What a fantastic review Lee - one of your best ever. Love this car. Great stuff 👍
Τnks again for sharing such an experience with an awesome video!

Thank you for supplying the extra information, Graeme, which I and the rest of the community are grateful for. Mark is indeed a superstar!
I drive a 996.2 GT3 with Cup2. Always scared when I get into rain 😬
Awesome Porsche. I'm a sucker for some deep dish Speedline wheels as well.
Great video. Looking forward to your thoughts on your 40 Jahre - I’m a fellow owner - 911 40, not 993 GT2!!
Whoa !!
In heavy rain no less, great assessment!
Can you speak to the issue/symptoms that plagued your 40th key fob? Immobilizer functionality junk out? Cheers!
Thank you! The 40th needed a new key transponder, as the remote stopped communicating with the car.
This is a special moment. Thanks for sharing!
My pleasure.
The red accents look great!
What was that crunchy noise
I’ve watched almost all your videos, but for a first time I feel truly jealous !😏 best wishes
Brilliant!👍
Fab!
I just soiled my pants. You are a LUCKY man Lee!
Awesome review and as for the car, magnificent!

Doesn't tell you enough about the car?! How demanding. It's free content mate, either watch it or don't.

That car is very cool. Though personally i'd rather own a 997.2 Turbo S
Not a 997 GT2RS?
@@Supcharged The widow-maker? No thanks. Though I'd love to own a 997.2 911 GT3 RS 4.0 with half cage and cfrp bucket seats as my track day car.
@@melbguy1 I mean that 4.0 RS isn’t any more or less scary, the 997 is very modern with all the safety features
@@Supcharged The Widow-maker title is probably a bit unfair, lol. That is my favourite gen 911

Just got a new shirt made that reads " PORSCHE MORE THAN JUST GETTING THERE " 😊😊 thoughts???
❤😊
Great content, but recently too many ads that are spoiling the enjoyment
what a perfect car!
after 997 the design language of porsche became a bit weird imo. today's 911s are so big and chunky.
😍👌
