    Is it okay to possibly not have the clock in the video? I think that could improve the videos as most people may like a clock.

    Is "freedom of mind" volitional? I would assume "freedom through wisdom" would be non-volitional?

      No- you must use wholesome conditions or volitons to achieve the letting go of all conditions. It is volitional.

      @@davidjohnson8218 and would venerable Punnaji say that Manō leads the way in this harmonious effort toward both goals? And is the wisdom in Manō while the freedom of mind is in Citta, or both in both or vis versa? 🙏

      @@aaronmichaelseckman Mind is the forerunner of all things because intention -part of the formations- drives all actions. Once you are on the path now you need no further intention - you just observe and finally you give all desire up at the end with the attainment of Nibbana. Not sure this answered your question..
