This deep dive is gold. I almost spit out my tea about 5 times. "Don't look close because it's a stuffed animal"... The extended detailing of how the cryptozoologist contacted all possible authorities about this frozen iceman, abruptly and unexpectedly punctuated by "Unfortunately for him, no one cared." You guys are hilarious 😆
Shane makes me laugh so much. I have tears coming out of my eyes. I just love his sense of humour.🤣🤣🤣🤣

My name is Jo and I've actually paused this Podcast so that I can comment. I've been following you two for quite some time but I feel must speak up. You two are so great together! Shane, I love your sense of humor. It's plain to see why Hannah has chosen to spend the rest of her life with you. You are a kind and thoughtful person. And Hannah, I admire you so. I just spent years being a caregiver for my husband so I know how difficult a job that can be. Not only are you beautiful but you show your love for Shane in many ways and that's lovely to see. Sorry this is so long but I just wanted you to know that there are many of us who look forward to following your channel and listen to you converse with each other. I have no doubts that you'll reach 100 Podcasts and I will do my best to listen to every one of them! .
Lovely comment but Hannah says she doesn't want admiration for caring for Shane and nor does she find it difficult. She says these two things often!

Caring for someone who is ill and is loosing their ability to enjoy life is one thing, but caring for someone who is disabled is a totally different thing. That comment was unkind, ignorant and unnecessary. Not to mention ableist.

The whole pregnancy about Hannah Aylward is a Hoax she should of been pregnant long time ago with a donor or Shane Burkaws sperm donor which completely is ludicrous because no don't the baby would in herit mutant disease and disability from Shane Burkaw no matter what.

The new pair of shoes analogy made complete sense to me as an autistic person! Honestly it’s actually highlighted just how bad a new wheelchair is to me personally. The new chair looks very sleek, sending amazing vibes for your success with it 💕

He's talking better due to treatments he was on, not sure if they're they're done now but they did cover this recently in a vid, sorry don't remember which episode 🤔

Meanwhile in Colorado we have an entire festival called Frozen Dead Guy Days that is dedicated to a frozen dead guy who was kept in his daughters shed behind her house lol
I've been following you two for years and I absolutely LOVE you both. Shane, your humor is immpecable. Hannah, you're the perfect foil and also match, for Shane's personality. It's fun to watch the interplay between you in all of the phases of your lives together. Life's been a whirlwind for me in the past couple of years so somehow I missed that you have a podcast, only to find you guys again at episode 10... can't wait to catch up! You have always been so refreshing to my spirit, through some very traumatic times in my life. THANK YOU for bringing Light and realness to the world!!!

I think the kid having to walk home in this situation is a good correlated consequence (as long as the walk is safe, yes).

Hanna have you ever heard about the farmer who lived on the Iowa/Minnesota border who never knowing which state he lived in? 🫣Eventually surveyors came out and finally determined that the farmer was actually living in Iowa. The farmer’s first reaction to this information was “GREAT NO MORE MINNESOTA WINTERS”!🤪

I know how important a good wheel chair is especially for comfort! My nephew had CP and I know how hard it is to get it to fit comfortably!! Prayers that it gets better!!

I agree with you both on AITA question. Walking home was the perfect punishment. It showed the child that their entitled ideal isn’t how the world works and gave her 2 miles to think about being more respectful. Perfect.

Hannah and Shane thank you so much for sharing with world about your relationship!!! I am also disabled and there were a lot of people that told me (or behind my back) that I wasn’t going to get married!! I am happy to say I have been married for 9 years and have a wonderful husband. He pushes me in my manual wheelchair when we go somewhere outside and I use an electric wheelchair in the house. I can walk a little but not very far. I think people make up crap about your relationship because they can’t understand why a healthy person would want to married someone disabled. Well I am another example of finding someone who doesn’t care I am disabled!!!😊😊😊

I actually remember seeing this as a kid, back in the 70's. It was setup in our Mall. You stood in line, walked up into a little booth about the size of a gazebo with a raised walkway around the inside, with the coffin length freezer on one side, with a glass top. It did look like a frozen bigfoot, kindof like the Wooly Mammoths they pull out of the ice in Siberia these days.

Thank you for sharing your lives so we can spend time with you. I have a suggestion for another Dumpster Dive for Hannah. Check out Mike the Headless Chicken who also toured on the carnival circuit back in the l940s. On the subject of things most foul, did you know that migrating birds sleep while flying? They can let half of their brain sleep and keep one eye open while in flight!
