as always, awesome! i wish had their control; if i were to make those drop shots, the other team would have enough time for coffee before the second bounce!
Gapeach0455 I can't see but at a moderate to high level (4.5 and up) a forehand is going to be hit with either a semi-western or western grip, most likely a semi-western even with a two handed forehand like Heish. It's the only way you can brush under the ball appropriately. All other shots including backhand (one and two hand/slice), volleys, and serves are hit with a continental grip. The only time the grip is changed is on the forehand. If a player doesn't use these two grips, it's going to be very hard to be a strong 4.5 or better.
thanks for this! its so hard to find good peng/hsieh highlights. they are so magical on the courts its amazing to watch.
So much fun to watch Hsieh / Peng team. I'm on the edge of my seat. I adore them.
Glad you enjoyed. They were a very entertaining team. Hsieh and anyone else is also a good team.
True that. Hsieh is a gem. I saw her playing with Chuang and Strycova, but I still vote for Peng Shuai as best partner.
@@glipabazza9994 Two of my favorite also, Su-wei doesn't move around much, hits those 2 handers flatfooted but always finds the open court.
@@roybaty7439 Efficient movements. Best way to play

Can we have the french open one too?
Can any one tell me what forehand grip they are using?

no need to know !just hit flat, use right tension for your racquet string
Peng Shuai was such a strong player and very fun to watch... such a shame she "retired"
Big Bird girl in pink can't play dubs lol
Kleybanova was useless in this match!
