Every OK GO video is nothing short of a miracle. It was indeed a continuous take from start to finish. They all are. And each different from the rest. Just as fascinating are the "making of" videos of the videos. And their music is great! There's a marching band version of this they did that's extremely cool!
FINALLY!! I've been trying to get somebody to react to these guys forever!! Thank you!!! Check out "Needing/Getting", "The One Moment", "I Won't Let You Down" and so many more!!!
"It's a zany action. A crazy contraption. The fun is catching. It's MOUSE TRAP!!" That's completely from memory. Stuff from your childhood really burrows deep into your head. Lol.
Even though they're done with the videos, watch ALL of OKG videos! They have the most creative music videos that are so incredible and detailed! And yes, I remember the game, Mouse Trap. Glad you featured this. I see it's been 5 months. I really do hope you all check out some more of their work. From the VERY FIRST ONE ON THE TREADMILLS to their last one with the printers. It's just fun stuff!!!!
Mousetrap was the game. I told ya'll not to sleep on OK GO. Their videos are for real and the music isn't too bad either. Their other videos are also excellent like "I won't let you down" and my personal favorite is "The Writings on the Wall". Great reaction!
The type of contraption Asia's thinking of is called a Rube Goldberg machine. Both this video and the game Mouse Trap are examples of Rube Goldberg Machines. Always watch the video version of any OkGo song. The skill put in to each of them is amazing.
Pretty much all of their music videos have this much effort and imagination. They're all worth a watch/video. They're one of the most under-rated group as far as visuals go!
post comment, I agree with BJ. I listen to OK Go all the time. In fact, they're my morning alarm 🥰 their songs always put you in a good mood, and their videos are life ❤️
Ha! I teach, and this is a favorite amongst many teachers to show kids a big fun Rube Goldberg machine. The crew up on the balcony were all the engineering students who put that whole thing together. Must have been 1000 takes before they got it to all work at once.
Yup, the final product had to be one take. But there's clear evidence that it wasn't the first take. That's why they were all ready splattered in paint.
They have the best combo of visuals and music, every video is crazy unique!, and they have a musical niche!

Every one of their videos is usually done in one take and intricately timed to their music. You can go down a major rabbit hole watching them.
Their videos are visual treats. I love the one with the treadmills and the one with the paint balloons.

Always watch the video version of any OkGo song. The skill put in to each of them is amazing.
Next for ok go should be "The Difference between Wanting/Getting '. The musical 🎼 magic is mind-blowing
Ok Go has a lot of videos where they go through one full pass and then reload again. I would love for you to hear other songs and watch their videos

OK GO is amazing. All of their videos are crazy over the top and worth watching
Such a great band. So glad you accommodated Sean's request to do a reaction to the video. They definitely make me smile. ❤
They are super creative especially when it comes to their music video production. Every video is captivating.

Needing/Getting will WOW you!
Even their simplest MV is also great!!!....Check out "A Million Ways" .
these are the best one take videos you'll find
Thank you
I enjoyed this but thats only because i turned my head and listened to the music and wasn't distracted by the video.
Sensational
The one they do in zero gravity is great to watch
All done in one take
A Rube Goldberg machine at its finest!
They must be engineering geniuses to do all their videos
