I ve got a 2005 gmc Seirra 1500 been running a 6 inch rough country lift for 12 years and 150,000 km. It rides great and still runs straight down the road. I would diffiantly recommend rough country lifts.
I have a 4 and half inch rough country on my 19 Chevy LTZ Z71 with the stock 20's, 35- 12.50 Toyo muds, it's got 23k miles on it and it rides good, it just rubbed a little on the mud flaps, just got the rough country mud flap delete kit and gonna try that way and tucking the fender liner in some more to clear those 35's, definitely worth the money money!
I’ve got ‘01 Silverado. It had a level kit with longer shocks in the front. It rode like a horse a buggy. I installed a 4” RC lift kit and it rides great.
I’m not a RC fan for some of their products. I’ve had their spacer lift on a Nitro/Liberty and the welds on the product looks like crap. Not to mention the coating started peeling off after about a year. However…I’m running their M1 lifted struts on my truck now (built just like Bilstein 5100’s) and I have no complaints. I have their forged 2-3.5” UCA’s as well with no complaints so far. So my opinion of them is Neutral
On my 2008 Silverado 2wd had a 2.5 rough country lift kit and now have 1998 jeep wrangler with a rough country 4 lift kit I like rough country good products but affordable
Had a 6” rcx on my suburban. It rode terrible when I was young and maxed it out. Once I dropped it back down it was a world of difference. I would run rcx again but leave the diff cover off for a better look.
ehh, i noticed a lot of people buy the cheaper Rough Country kit and treat it like top of the line off road kit, thrash it, and then complain it sucks...
I'm currently running a 3.5" RC with their lift struts on my 2015 GMC 1500 4x4 20x12 275/60 (33's) I honestly agree with you 100% My truck rides very similar to factory. I did run the spacer for a little bit but my truck had 60k miles on the factory suspension, so it felt rough. Once I replaced them with the RC 3.5 lift struts, back to factory it felt. I am curious how their Vertex line will feel but again. That's way more money for "not that much better" of a ride quality.
Really wish I can be in a position to get a nice truck or nice project truck like one of yours one day man. I got a baby on the way and things are so expensive I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to, But watching your videos always inspires me and motivates me to work towards the goals
My daughter is 1 and I’ve got another on the way. It’s not as bad as you think as long as your woman lets you work. If the 2 or you can do it with her staying home, it’s really not bad
Whats your thoughts on a body lift just to go up to 33s on a newer f150 2015ishim looking to buy with the 5.0 4x4 like when I was younger I had a 95 Z71 and I put 28575 16s with no lift and it was nice I really nice I figured I'd ask you since you do lot of stuff
I got a 95’ Chevy Tahoe 4x4 5.7…. I’m not a mechanic… I paid $3900 for 6” BDS lift kit With installation & wheels 35x12.50 & Fox 🦊 shocks upgrade for $3900…. It took like 10 months for kit to come in…. When it did I had to pay $850 for suspension upgrades … ball joints, tyrods…. My kit didn’t have a BDS torsion bracket or a bds skid plate in the front…. I feel like I got had.. I’m not an expert in this shit.. just wanted to off road with my boy on weekends… I should have just went with RC…. Looks legit for way less… I also should of done more research
You need to do short videos. 175K subs should equal more views. Ever thought about taking 20 or 30 seconds of an existing video and using that? 2 videos and a couple of shorts per week will have you in a good spot.

i have a 05 silverado 4WD with 6in rough country and i love it rides amazing no issues people are surprised how good my truck rides
It's 4WD. I haven't towed anything really heavy. But it tows my boat and a 5'×10' utility trailer great.

Love the denim build, I have a 95 f150 on 6” rough country and 2” leveling kit on 35x12.50s honestly haven’t had a issue with my rc lift.
Billet grille, clear heads and tails. and paint the frame black, those would make this thing perfect 👌

On my 2012 sierra 1500 z71 i got rough country 7.5 in lift and i love it rides great runs true and straight no complaints
I feel obs and under are the best trucks Chevy will ever make.

I have a 6" RC Lift on my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 and other than it being taller ya can't tell the difference! I love it
ehh, i noticed a lot of people buy the cheaper Rough Country kit and treat it like top of the line off road kit, thrash it, and then complain it sucks...
I could see that
I got a 96 2 door Tahoe and my gas gauge only works when it wants to. My whole cluster went out so I’m looking to get a new one soon

I got a 2016 on a rough country lift and I’ve never had an issue every one of my trucks have rough country lifts on them and I’ve never had an issue
Also the thicker sidewall of a tire the more comfortable the ride a thinner aide wall will be a rougher ride.
Rock lights next??? After seeing those lights turn on while on the lift, think it would look damn good
That's crazy my local truck shop does alignments for 80 dollars 😲
😵
Rig 🔥 I have a question do I need to buy shock extenders for my Bilstein 5100s for 3inch keys from supreme suspension lift?

You’ll get there bro I felt the same way and I have 2 kids now. Anything is possible.
Ya just gotta keep on keeping on! Remember hard work pays off! 💯💯💯
Whenever you do get one don't forget to involve the kids even if a project takes more time
@@Dawg39 Thabks for all the comments folks I appreciate all the kind words

33s should fit stock. Run a leveling kit if you want. I don’t like body lifts personally.
Can’t wait to see more vids of shorty and the duramax
Paint the frame and the thing will look mint!
Not bad for a Generic Made Chevrolet lol great DIY VIDEO Chase.
You should try putting a touchscreen in there
i put a rc lift on and it came with bent links i had to cut the ends of and double the size of the bar it was like it was for a utv
Can you please buy back baby squat?
You should keep it I love this truck and you should paint the frame on it and paint the frame on Larry

Short answer: no
Dang. U left paw-paws truck in the storm. Shame on you.
Leave those wheels on it
