as the name suggests, sort of blue

they are referring to the beach.. it's semi-blue (half sea half sand), and the theme is basically everything about enjoying summer with a lover (i.e. you, her and the beach; the perfect recipe for summer).

@@UltraAmvx I think that's different. "semi" means half, but here it means "sharing the blue". Blue is the initial letter of youth(青春) in Japanese. In other words, it means "share my youth with you."
