She had the least amount of damage done to her car compared to everyone else. Look at the car she side swipes and then that car gets t-boned. They need to check on the person she hit.
The lady in the greenish SUV was so shook up, she forgot to put the car in park before getting out of the car, and it ran into the cop car that had just rammed into the criminals’ car.

Why were the officers handling those individuals so roughly? Without knowing anything about the passengers, how do they know what level of involvement that had in the chase? As much as I generally support officers, they have passed judgement and acted punitively in their handling of the suspects.
