When I was a kid, these police chases were the highlight of our evenings.... However, our generation was smart enough to realize that these videos were encouraging this behavior... So we stopped showing these chases live.... Now, we're back at it again...

In a police chase I always find myself rooting for the car to get away 🤷🏽♀️
Will never happen, the heli will just follow and they will call in reinforcements from whatever jurisdiction they flee into. The only way to successfully get away is to shake the cop cars, then ditch the car somewhere the helicopter cannot see you and get into another vehicle that is assumed to be a bystander and drive away slowly like a normal person. Either that or enter a building without getting attention (hard to do when being chased by police) and then do a stealthy change of clothes out of sight of any store cameras and blend into the bystanders.
