Hello, we are certainly enjoying your videos !!! Just wanted to mention that our veterinarian told us never to feed a cat fish, as it strips their body of all their vitamins. You can check with your vet also. looking forward to more sailing videos !!!!!

Never forget your life line safety device- phone especially in unfamiliar waters. And be careful with strangers in unfamiliar places. Pirates come in all forms. Be cautious and stay safe.

Just a reminder, tubes on your dingy may pop, or blow a seam.if they are fully inflated, when you bring them from the water to your deck . The cooler water shrinks the air pressure in the tubes. Also if you bring your dingy to the shore. That can also happen if your dingy is fully inflated and sets in the sun. You should always let some air out of your dingy, when doing these things.let out enough air that your tubes are just soft. I no it seems ridiculous, but will keep it in good shape.

Enjoying your adventures. One thing that would make Coconut's life more pleasureable being stuck on a boat is to gather a small amount of young fresh grass from one of the islands. You could even try growing it in a small pot. It helps their digestive system. Over time from always washing themselves, they develop furballs which clogs up their digestive system. Grass helps to breakdown any constipation and the chlorophyll in grass also helps to keep their breathe smelling fresh.

Not all grass is safe for cats! If you're going to give your cats fresh "greens" it should only be cat nip or cat grass. I'm a retired CVT and I have personally monitored anesthesia for more than one cat that got a blockage or intussusception from eating grass and needed emergency surgery. If the "safe" kind of cat grass cannot be bought they are better off without grass. Fur is not digestible anyway. So a cat will naturally poop it out or vomit it up without the "help" of grass. The concept of cats eating grass to clean out their digestive tract has been disproven decades ago in veterinary medicine. They just like the taste. ❤

I wonder if you can rig a "Windzilla" to your exercise bike ? Basically it would generate electricity while you pedal. I can't wait to try your plantain bread recipe ... Yummmmm

An easy supplement for the fan is to put plastic or cardboard blades on the bike wheel, it also adds a bit of resistance.

A toothpick can be inserted into the bread like the knife test. If goo is on the toothpick it needs more time to cook.

For checking breads or cakes insert a thin blade in the middle. When you take it out if dough is sticking you know it’s not done. It is good even if mooshy though.

Darcy. Has anyone told you that you need to raise your bike seat? At the bottom of your peddle stroke, your leg should be only slightly bent. And hopefully you get some cycling shoes that lock on to the peddle so that you also pull up and over the top on the back side of your peddle stroke. It's called Circular Peddling. Sorry if you already know all this. Take care and happy peddling.

The seat is at the tallest it can go, thats what you get when you pay 100 bucks for a bike in Mexico haha.

I recollect that back in decades past to power a headlight on a push bike folks used to have a a mini generator which would be clipped and folded against a wheel and wired to the headlight.

    • @chuckleber3484

You're videos are always great, makes my Friday. All that yummy bread you make makes me hungry for it. Question I'm in the market for a new blender what brand is the one you have? I've never tried plantains, do they taste at all like bananas?. As always stay safe and God bless. Give some Butt scratches to Coco for me 😁

Sorry for the late reply not sure how we missed this, We have a vitamix blender, Darcy got it 10 years ago and it still works very well! We love it.
Plantains don't really taste like anything accept themselves i think haha, There are sweet ones that kind of have a bananas after taste, but i think you have to cook all of them before eating :-)
