The long ones with a single slide are pitched in F. The ones with double slides are pitched in Bb. However, they are incredibly unwieldy, so most people use F contras.

Oh my god I had another trombone playing video going in another tab and somehow matched the key and had held notes and sometimes did a couple faster ones while you guys were holding a chord, and it would fit! Then the other tab started talking and, well here I am writing this comment lol. Nice playing though, I'm a tuba player but just discovered the existence of contrabass trombone yesterday and I'm in love with it now and hope I can get one someday. I saw a video of one playing alongside a tuba, and the effect is awesome, they complement each other very well
