It sounds like a very informative book and I like and appreciate Dr. McCormick 's approach with providing info, finding the inspiration to find answers and work towards a change, thus giving hope for many of us with osteoporosis. The only negative for me is that the book is set at a very high price and therefore may not be financially within reach for some people.

So looking forward to reading this book. I have been diagnosed recently with osteoporosis. My doctor said take this pill. I couldn’t get her to have a dialog with me about why I have it. I figured it could be the result of being on a proton pump inhibitor for over 8 years, having bariatric surgery, not being very active due to a hip problem (which I finally got a diagnosis on after 15 plus years of hip pain). I’m on the road to kicking osteoporosis to the curb!
Please please a video on best nutrition nutritious foods for strengthening the bones especially for those of us who developed osteoporosis from years of disordered eating eating disorders And are now trying to heal and nourish our bones the right way 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I felt inspired by this interview with Dr. McCormick. However, when I checked for the price it was 125.99 !! I think a lot of us would like to purchase this book, but it is cost prohibitive.
I ended up finding it on Amazon in Canada and just buying it. I have to say it is a true compendium of information. Very happy with buying it as you can take your time reading through it and making notes.
I live in the UK and diagnosed last year -4.8 with back fractures and taking bisophronates. I am interested in this book but on Amazon UK it costs £80 $99 US, so expensive. Will it be released in the UK?

The book does not seem to be available in the UK? I found it on a USA site, but they don't deliver to the UK. Disappointing.
