Hello mam I am your subscriber and I watched your videos and I like them the most. Today I am a little bit confused about that how you calculated the self weight of slab? Was that l×b×h? And did you take it in meters? Like 2.5×1×.125 meters?
mam we know that the minimum percentage of reinforcement is 0.12% of the gross cross-sectional area if HYSD bars(Fe 415) are used. The minimum percentage of reinforcement is 0.15% of the gross cross-sectional area if mild steel bars are used. so in step of main reinforcement 05:09 by using minimum area of steel will be 0.0012*1000*125=150mm2 which is greater than the calculated area of steel . why u didn't consider this point? thanks mam ^^
1kn approx if u will convert it into kg u will found 1000 kg so we consider that live load (furniture, man movement, fridge House hold material etc) as 1000 kg in per square meter Apart from this if we will talk about floor finish load means tiling load, waterproofing load etc

0.5 is for Ast and 50 is for Pt.

Don't confuse bro LxBxH=1x1x0.125
Density of rcc is 25kn/m^2
Self weight = 1x1x0.125x25
Self weight
L=1m
B=.125m ( cross section)
Concrete density- 25 kn/m3
There fore
Self weight- 1*.125*25 (m*m*Kn/m3)
. = 3.125 kn/m

Basically we need to find ASTreq and ASTpro. And to find the spacing we take AST of 1 bar that's why it needs to be changed
