My go to for potatoes in my pot roast in the crockpot is radishes, my grandson's even love them! You just wash them off, cut off the ends and throw them in at the start with your roast (I also put my carrots and celery in at the same time) set for 6 or 8 hour's on low or 4 hour's on high and dinner is done 😊
I make a roast beef sandwich pizza that's not keto because of the crust - but the crust (I think) is the only thing to change. You put horseradish sauce mixed with chive/onion cream cheese and mayo over the crust, then the topping is just chopped romaine, deli roast beef cut into ribbons, sliced grape tomatoes and italian dressing over all of it. You should try it - it's a favorite for my family and friends - came from one of those Pillsbury booklets they used to sell near the checkout at the grocery. Mine is from 1999
You had me at Chick-fil-A! Let's step back to the orange chicken though... yes throw the sauce packet and make your own with 2 T sugar free Orange Marmalade mixed with 1 T sugar free BBQ sauce. So good! And your chick-fil-a sauce is spot on!!! I tested it on my family with a jar from the store and they liked yours better!!! I had to add 2 drops of yellow food color though or they would have guessed by the color. Thanks for all you do. I'm beginning to love how you segue into LMNT. You're so creative!!!
Or, you could use King Arthur's Keto Pizza Crust Mix, which makes (2) 12 inch crusts, at 1g net carb per slice (8g per crust) and taste darn close to real pizza.
Mmmm, that chicken dish looks delish. You could also just bake the chicken and cut it up to mix in with the Cesar salad. Or, make the chicken into meatballs and cook in an air fryer, then top the salad with them. Less messy, still delish.
Girl! I love all your recipes you make! I’m definitely gonna have to make the chicken-fil-a one and the chicken “pizza”, lol! Oh and thanks to you I’ve been addicted to LMNT for about 2 years! Soooo good! The grapefruit is my favorite 🤩! Have a great day!
I just discovered Rutabagas a few years ago and love them. I slice them and put on a pan in the oven with olive oil and salt. So much better than potatoes! Kind of a hassle to peel them though.
I tried that breaded chicken strip brand when Costco had it and I honestly thought it was lab-grown meat. It had the weirdest artificial spongy texture that made it barely edible. Anyone else notice this?
I tried one of that brand's meals (it wasn't just chicken) and I threw it away. I hate wasting food, so I normally would finish whatever I buy even if I don't like it. But I could not stomach eating this one
These sound delicious. LMNT is good, too, however, I can't drink it. I have to keep my salt intake extremely low, even on keto, because salt is a major rheumatoid arthritis trigger for me and causes the most painful flares possible, then I'm useless for days until I can flush that sodium out of my system and bring down the swelling.
Sorry but who has ever had a pizza with salad on it? Keto or otherwise? I’ll just take the base with extra cheese and a Keto mayo please and thank you.

One reason I love your channel is that you’re not afraid of veggies. And I love veggies. Keeps it more sustainable.

I'm so glad my middle of nowhere store carries the realgood nuggets and strips they are so convenient
Cooking those hash browns in a mini dash make a quick crispy hack😊
Love this idea!!! I’ll have to try that
@@KetoFocus I love a lot of your ideas young lady, must be the pharmacist in you 😜 thanks for all you contribute to the community
That sounds like a great idea. Do you use the mini pancake or waffle Dash?
@@veronicaheaney3464 thanks, I prefer the mini dash grill but I may have to try it with the waffle maker now😜
Annie…you are my favourite. Thank you for your recipes. ❤
They now have tenders and strips!!! I put them on a lot of things!!! Real good foods!!!
Im growing rudabaker this year. Bugs love the leaves..

Thank you for being real and having a normal looking air fryer like the rest of us!!!! LOL
Lol! It gets so gross!!
@@KetoFocusmine in disgusting too😂 just a sign it's well loved!

Another great recipe! I couldn’t find a link to your stainless meal prep containers. They look perfect for heating up in the airfryer.
NEVER HEARD OF REALGOOD FOODS!!! I CANT WAIT TO TRY IT!!! THANK U!! 😭😭

Any suggestions for a IBS Friendly Keto diet?
Try adding an egg to your hash brown to get them to stick and press into patties
That garlic mincer you were using is called an Ulu. It's a traditional Inuit tool.

I discovered them recently and have been obsessed. I used to use daikon radish a lot as a replacement but rutabaga and turnip are much better options.
@@KetoFocus They have so much flavor, even without salt! If I just had someone around to peel and slice them, I would eat Rutabagas all the time.
Love these type of videos ❤
Like your channel. Many people on keto don't use net carbs. Please give us total carbs also. Thanks!

Had a weird taste to it as well!

Yummo! I love "Real Good" products, just can't always find at grocery stores.
I was just wondering how would you make panzanella?
These all look great.
What kind of oil does RealGood use?
We get the big bag of REAL GOOD FOODS Chicken at Costco! They are so yummy
I love your measurements! A glug of olive oil!😂
What brand of pita bread did you use?
I believe it’s the Joseph’s brand. I usually find it at Bjs. It’s my favorite!
G Hughes has cluck cluck sauce as well!!!
Try hash brown turnips. Interesting, to say the least.

Never clean your airfyer thats flavor... or maybe thats a cast iron skillet😂
❤❤😊
Putting that all in the blender was a ridiculous move, sorry- totally unappetizing
Totally! It still tasted good. I’ve made it again since then and I removed the chicken before blending & shredded it. Much more appetizing.
I think it was apparent that you knew that. 😂

It's the norm in a lot of European countries.
I've never heard of Mayo on pizza before, but it does sound interesting.
