    Nothing grew my lats more than weighted chin-ups. I used a neutral grip, but whatever grip you like. Throw in some rows right after and it’s a done deal.

      So do you do chin ups and then super set into a row?

      yup...but lets not forget the smaller muscles player. more important as you want to ascend in the game

      @@stevenmonsanto5324 id assume not bro. Probably separate. Would be much more effective to focus on the weight you are pulling on each. The superset framework i do is AFTER my strength work

    Delivering every video! cable pulldowns superset going in the next back day🦾
    Def would appreciate a video addressing strengthening neck region, specifically rhomboid. Got trap work in the routine from prev videos with great results but still encounter issues sometimes with neck pinching/ injury, likely due to poor posture on days sat on the pc 🙏

      weighted pullups or pulldowns neutral grip and underhand. But that wide pull up variation does a great job as well

    I recently dropped pull-ups from my routine... I actually have 0 vertical pulling compound exercises in my routine now.

      rowing is more effective for injury reslience and thickness. but i would not get rid of vertical pulls. in terms of strength...its effective

      I don't have a ratio like that. The back has more muscles than the push muscles. So i naturally do more pull work than push. But i run the bro split
