I read put keywords at the beginning of the listing makes sense because Google will crawl the first 160 characters of the item description and use it to create the meta description for the listing page in their search engine.

Some mentors say keyword stuffing in the title and description is not allowed by etsy and etsy doesn't rank these listings but when I am searching everyone on the first page is stuffed with keywords. This is confusing for new sellers what method they choose because I am also a seller and I am also worried.
Writing a human readable title that includes your keyword but doesn't try to stuff everything possible in is THE way to go

Each product should have one listing
What about the keyword competition? Most of those tags are really high competition. A lot of Etsy UA-camrs says to aim for lower comp with high volume keywords?
If it's relevant and has high volume and low competition that's ideal, but you won't always find that

I thought you couldn't link to your own website in your listing?
Letting people know you exist outside of etsy isn't a problem. Telling people they could save money by buying from you orr telling them they can get a better deal by buying somewhere else that isn't Etsy.

no, talking about your entire catalog wouldn't be against terms of service, what WOULD be against terms of service is telling them to go there to buy instead of buying on etsy.
Nope, it's a myth now, Etsy SEO is non-existent and all they care about is revenue from PAID ADS.
Ads account for about 20% of sales, the other 80% comes from organic traffic
Not to be negative but if you're not getting traffic it's a design issue. my store has been open 13 days and I have had 240 visits and over 450 views.
On mugs
Nope. Its always easier to blame them instead of looking at your own wall, doesn’t mean its true. Put the work into understanding it and you will get views/sales. I just use ads in one shop, there is get about 30% sales from ads. My other shops are going well without any ads at all.
(For the record, I made £40k on Etsy last year, don't talk to me about your 100 views lol)
