Loved ur hat, where do you get wanna buy
Very enjoyable. Also, biggest hat award, goes to you.
Indeed!
I have seen your lot of video. My observation is that you have lot of interest in farming and you are not considering profit or making lives from this. I may wrong but you are making any money from this farm. Will appreciate if explain mathmatics behind all these activities.
A permaculture farm is more productive than conventional farming, on a per acre basis. If you want to earn money from this, you can do so easily.
Hi I just want check that you used newspaper for mulching , is there any side effect of ink which is used in printing ?
In the past we have used newspaper, yes. No side effects
It was mentioned in video that roots Colocasia (commonly called Taro) can be consumed. Note that even the leaves n stalk can be consumed.
yep!
Love your videos learning so much from you. Do you have a biogas digester on your farm. If you do I would love to see some videos on that topic

Are the figs not edible?please ans me
the variety we planted are not edible, but the trees are beautiful and provide a great canopy, so we decided to keep them anyways
Inspiring series 👍. How often do you water the raised beds?
Thank you! During the summers we usually water our raised beds once a week since we have mulched all of them - and they retain moisture very well. Having said that, we always look our for the plant making sure that it isn't under any stress for water. If we see such plants we water them as and when required.
Thank you! Keep growing n inspiring new gardeners.
Ma'am wr can I get cap which u are wearing..
it was a gift long ago, not sure where you can get it
Madam fig fruits are good for health stomach intestine try to produce dry anjeer from those fig fruits
Which now a days had more demand in market
Thank you. The edible fig fruit is a different variety, and those trees are still young. But we do plan to eat a lot of that fruit once we get them!
@@farmaanandaa can u make a video on those eatable edible fig trees in ur farm like how to figure out exact variety which is suitable for cultivation its process when ur free it will be good for us mam

Another lovely walk in your permaculture paradise. Thanks so much for doing these videos. Is this place your permanent home ?
Thank you for watching! Currently we don't live at Aanandaa, we live about 20 mins away
its my dream to lead similar life Ma'm
see during this corona pandemic we are in lockdown at home where as you are roaming around in your farm without any fear and can do whatever you want.
More power to you, if you out your mind to it, you can do anything! All the best
Hi. Great paradise.
What's the hat called? Can I get one online?
Not sure what it's called to be honest! Someone gifted it to us
Would have loved to see the pond too. Loved seeing Aananda
Maybe in some future videos
Thanks for sharing what’s growing in the WiFi garden👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
Love the series!
Thank you, do share our video with likeminded people!
Looks like the garden of Eden. btw you can try Arbi fritters.
That is truly a compliment! We love arbi fritters, we have them very often!!
Ma'am how did get the seeds when you first started? How to make sure the seeds we get from market are organic and good quality?
We got them online from various websites and then from other farmers in the Chandigarh organic farmer's network. The only way to tell if they are good quality is to grow them and save the best seeds for the future.
@@farmaanandaa Thank You

I believe those figs(Ficus auriculata
) are actually edible.
Hmm interesting, maybe they are eaten in some parts of the world, ours arent edible.
I just have a question, do you have any water system that keeps watering all these plants? like dripping system or something
Also I love the constant chirping of birds in the background. it has been ages since i have heard the sound of birds.
@@yellareddymopuru5191 The beauty of nature! Do share our video if you like them :)
We use a hosepipe to water our raised beds. Other than that, we have a tubewell and have dug ponds as well! We harvest rainwater as much as possible. You can see more about it here - ua-cam.com/video/R1GpIgI1p9A/v-deo.html
Thanks for sharing.
I am sure many of us have not seen these plants or trees before.
♥️

Please help me out mam..

Wonderful farm! How do you handle the pests? I have a small vegetable garden n before I get to know the leaves are eaten up.
We create an ecosystem such that we get very few pests, do watch some of our other videos to get a better idea!
Saw the videos but couldn’t find about pests
PUNAM CHADHA you can plant pest repellent plants like tulsi, marigold, etc.
There are some organic solutions you could make from cow urine and chillie powder and neem leaves and spray it on the leaves.
You could watch carefully what exactly is eating up you leaves and handpick them out since it’s a small garden.
Thanks a lot
Hi Manisha, love watching your vidoes. I'd visited your farm in November last year & was very inspired. I am begining to plant about 1000 varities of trees at my farm in Hyderabad to get started. Would you have any advice on how to go about this or any pitfalls to avoid based on your experience initially? Would really appreciate your response.
Akshay
Hi Akshay, do write to us at hello@aanandaa.com with all your queries.
The video doesn’t load beyond a point, although my wifi signal is strong, not sure what’s happening.
Oh no, it seems fine at our end. Do let us know at which point it stops playing! We will try to do something about it.
