I always had strong hips and legs but always moved in catastrophic patterns. One thing you might want to adress in one of your videos is how to translate all this also into relatively slow running. It’s basically impossible while jogging, but you can use a pretty clean running form based on these principles upwards from an 8 minute mile pace. One thing that I saw nowhere and which helped me a lot to get out of the inner ankle bone low pattern was filming myself when sprinting stairs. You can train this slowly and merge into the recorded pattern while feeling the extreme power difference when you load the bow. Walking or running stairs up will teach you loading the bow like nothing else. It was such an incredible feeling when undiscovered this to literally feel when you hit the sweetspot and it feels like your body is self propelling without much effort. After that I managed to feel this at least also partially in a one mile run. Well executed or still flawed lies very close together. You need to feel this while actually moving (running). The excercises are one thing. But translating it into running after running for ages wrong is sort of a different beast. You might want to address that. Most of the people who will get in touch with the recoding won’t be athletes. Most people won’t have a good mind muscle connection. Fortunately mine is great. You can help these people with stair excercises. You feel the bow in motion much easier when done correctly when walking or running up stairs. It’s much easier to program compared to running flat. We are so extremely decoded that just running with the 2nd toe pointing forward feels like you have to force an internal rotation and you think that you run with your toes pointing an actual crossover position. The recoding process has saved my lot of Achilles‘ tendon stress. Inward torturing my body. Running and sprinting with 3 mm Vibram soles on Asphalt with 95 kg bodyweight. With the new technique it feels so much softer on my feet and legs. Literally like no impact. P.S. A walking tutorial would also be nice. Although I think that inbox feel what is the easiest on the feet and sculled tendon. Loading basically a smaller bow but definetly feeling it in the glutes, turning the upper body and using mainly the outside of the feet but Stil sort of rolling over the big toe. I don’t see these subjects running (not sprinting) and walking based on a recoded athletic pattern.
