if I remember correctly, he lost some muscle mass he'd gained in the army and came up with this solution to get it back. I think he genuinely believed his arms would get stronger if he just increased their size
Less painful maybe, definitely not easier. You´re talking about going to the gym 4-6 hours a day? You have to be trolling. With synthol you just pop that in and you get the enlargement effects instantly, the muscle swells within minutes. It´s as easy as it gets. The thing is the side effects are atrocious, even worse than regular steroid use.

This has to be some form of body dysmorphia like people who get tons of plastic surgery or excessive breast implants. There's no end point, it's like the only thing that makes them feel good about themselves and its just tragic and unfortunate to say the least
And yet, here we are. Applauding people who suffer from this and promoting the lifestyle and enforcing the disorder. I truly worry for people like them in these trying times.
It becomes really confusing when these people try desperately to become famesque internet influencers though. Especially when their public image involves considering even negative attention to be a net positive. It makes it hard to tell which psychiatric issue is at play. It could be due to body dysmorphic disorder but it also could due to having histrionic tendencies for all we know
It’s honestly tragic what happened to his arms. He was too far in until he realized he was ruining his body. His arms will never be back to normal functionality. Currently in 2022 he has become addicted to facial surgery and is planning to alter himself into an “alien.”
If you haven’t seen one of these people in person, it is so very shocking. It is difficult to take your eyes off them. Kinda like a car accident or other horror.
I've only seen someone with extreme plastic surgery irl once, and I really couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was like looking at a cartoon character come to life. And it wasn't super crazy, just typical Hollywood plastic you'd see every day in LA. But I've never seen it up close before and I did about 12 double takes lol.
I feel bad for people like him, literally killing himself because of other peoples perception of him having a negative effect on his perception of himself.
Calling him Popeye is an insult to Popeye. Popeye was a fighter, those arms were explosive - this guy's arms are literally just the inflatable arms from Spongebob, I'm actually worried that when he steps into a ring and his opponent punches him, his arms might pop and leak oil all over the ring making it slippery.
This guy is literally just Nikocado Avocado from a parallel universe. He appears to have the same sort of self-awareness of how much harm he's doing to himself, and the same inability to stop because that's where all his clout comes from. Both of these men have chosen to destroy their bodies and parade themselves around as circus freaks for the sake of attention.
People are complaining that oil prices are getting too high nowadays, well it’s because most of it is inside his arms. Jokes aside, the more people that give this man the attention for his appearance, the more he’s going to continue injecting. Nothing will stop him unless social media stops existing, so he will never stop.
As a Russian, I'll explain "bazooka hands". In Russian, he got a nickname "ruki bazooki", which rhymes and means "bazooka arms", like you said. I think he wanted to translate this, but messed up because he thought that "hands" means "arms". My English is pretty good and I also just recently found out that hands and arms are two different things in English. So probably a translation mistake.

Yeah I was just about to write something similar. I'm Czech but I imagine most if not all slavic langauges share the thing where "hands" and "arms" are the same thing because different languages make different distinctions pretty often. For another example, there's a bunch of languages (Japanese comes to mind) where "blue" and "green" are the same word (ok, Japanese does have another word that means unambiguously green, but "aoi" can still be both). Some languages have different words for fingers and toes (such as English), some don't (like Czech and I imagine a lot of Slavic languages). There's a lot of shit like this and it can be a nightmare for inexperienced translators.

Also his lack of mobility could be a part of his first surgery... They probaby also removed healthy tissue while removing all the dead tissue and petrol that was accumulated. If thye removed a variety of healthy tissues (I noticed a scar also at the tricep area) from various muscles in the area he probably has limited movement....
honestly body dysmorphia is a one of the most mentally straining things to have espeacially as someone who would feel not buff enough. Its like this constant paranoia that you are somehow remaining the same or regressing no matter how big you get and it starts to drive you to an angry insanity. This is definitely one of the worser cases but this is all said to keep in mind pick up on when you think someone is starting to take jokes or insults about thier physical apperance seriously, cause it can lead to some really fucked places like this.
The problem is body dysmorphia is a mental health disorder, not a physical disorder. Yet people try to fix it with physical means by working out. This may help but won’t really get to the root of the problem, which is better solved by more conventional mental health treatments.
It's a form of addiction, people get addicted to stupid shit all the time. TLC shows people addicted to eating paint, sand bleach, etc. Normally it's a lack of self control + truama + lack of meaning + more. Overcoming addiction is really hard and I hope this bloke can.
This has to be so painful. Injecting anything into your muscles is extremely unpleasant, and now he is doing it in his face. I can’t imagine how much that kills. He clearly has some sort of addiction to a lot of aspects about it, and I’m sure the pain is part of it. It’s like a mix of self harm and body dysmorphia. Very unfortunate
The only thing I’ll say is compared to his arms, his face filler looks more well done (obviously relatively haha). I would bet that’s just regular filler from an injector, I wouldn’t think the synthol/jelly mixture could be placed that precise. I could be wrong and he’ll look more and more deformed as time goes on!
The fact that he cant move his arms very much anymore could be caused by an infection destroy nerve or muscle tissue. Honestly if he doesn't stop right now he probably wont live another 2-3 years
Most definitely had some issues and that’s why he had surgery. I haven’t read up on it but I think one of his arms “popped” and that is almost a guaranteed infection unless he knew how to clean it and sterilize it
Doesn't have to be an infection, and doesn't seem to be nerve related. Synthol surgery involves removal of a lot of damaged muscle tissue. So they literally remove parts of your muscles. The muscles are already more of a scar than a functional muscle, because of constant inflammation. Removal of (probably huge portion of) muscle mass + continuing to scar your muscles with more injections = huge loss of muscle function
@@seanpawn4549 His muscles literally rotted away because of the reduced blood flow in his arms, and yeah his arm did pop too. I think that's when they found out about the muscle necrosis because they were trying to solve the pop

As someone who speaks a little Russian, I can confirm that the “Bazooka hands” name is a language barrier issue. It’s руки базуки, which literally means “Hands bazooka-ish,” but it can be understood to mean “bazooka arms.” Edit, according to people who know more Russian than I do, apparently руки means both “hands” and “arms”
Hey Charlie, russian guy here, wanna clarify that yes, he calls himself "bazooka hands" just because of language barrier, cause you know russians tend to not use specific word for hands or arms, we just generally call both parts with the word "руки" (which is pronounced the same as the word "rookie" by the way), even google translate will say that both hands and arms mean "руки" in russian if you type it there, and in reverse if you want to translate "руки", google will show you that it means "hands" in english, so I think it's pretty much Kirill's case with messed up translation. Although there is actually a word for "hands" in russian, it's called "кисти" (kisti), but we don't use that word too much in regular speech, it's more of a formal or medical term. So that's why russians often use word "hands" when they actually mean arms, shoulders or biceps, "рука" is an umbrella term in russian for any part of an arm basically.
@@dirtydan9785 in russian, for example, there are words for both the arm and the hand - «rooka» and «ladon'», respectively. However, the former is commonly used to refer to both parts of the body, and you guess the specific meaning by context.

I talked to him/her afterwards and told him that he‘ll survive etc. and asked whether he‘d learned his lesson, ofcourse he/she did.. a week later he was allowed to go home, took two steps out of the hospital, pulls out a cigarette and almost made me jump out of the fucking window. This is sad, but the funniest part about all this is hes going to such lengths to do this to himself. So much effort towards it that if he took that determination he could have had actual muscles that size through working out
not really. for the size youre looking at,. its way more diet and exercise than most ppl could handle (even if it doesnt seem that way to anyone else who has any self-discipline). people will literally choose pain and shortcuts (often leading to repeated failure or health crisis) over actually doing the structured diet and exercise.
@Ops Blac The point of working out is not to do it in an unhealthy way.

@unfaithfulevil 🅥 a Mr Girl fan I see
Hey Charlie, russian guy here, wanna clarify that yes, he calls himself "bazooka hands" just because of language barrier, cause you know russians tend to not use specific word for hands or arms, we just generally call both parts with the word "руки" (which is pronounced the same as the word "rookie" by the way), even google translate will say that both hands and arms mean "руки" in russian if you type it there, and in reverse if you want to translate "руки", google will show you that it means "hands" in english, so I think it's pretty much Kirill's case with messed up translation.

Looking back, prepping my mind to pave the way for my body to heal was successful. My heart aches for Ole Bazooka Arms.
It's hard keeping on top of your physical and mental health, good on you for taking those steps to keep on top of yours. Respect.
Good for you for getting in shape, but wanting to better yourself is not cause for concern or a reason to go to therapy 🤦♂️
@@jarnold1789 I was eating about 500-800 calories a day for years to try to keep thin. My grandmother and sole caregiver limited my food when I was 10-14 years old, most meals were like this: breakfast: cantaloupe, one boiled egg, lunch: half can tuna fish with mayo, a few crackers, supper: half can of tuna fish, half an apple. I remember eating ice daily to help stop the stomach pains. We're talking hearing that "no man will ever love you at that size, honey" often and locks on the cabinets and refrigerator type dieting. Turns out I have (treatable) insulin resistance due to benign tumors. For years, I thought I didn't deserve to be in shape because I was a weak person who just couldn't exercise/calorie restrict enough, despite being hungry or missing meals often and going to the gym daily. I am 170 lbs (230 lbs at my heaviest) and I still feel repulsive some days but I have learned to live with those intrusive thoughts with the help of therapy.
@@goatbabe0666 Idk if you have still that insulin condition. But it is not that hard to be in shape. You just need good exercise, good diet. Thats it. Idk how you survived on such few calories.
@@runek100 Insulin resistance and anemia became more controlled when I got up to 1200 calories. Also I was a noticeably less irritable and quit getting headaches often. Weird. 😆 I can still go about a day without eating (if I forget to eat the whole time) and only the next morning do I wake up hungry. Not sure if it's low insulin sensitivity or if I was conditioned to it.

I had cystitis of my left arm and almost lost it due to the infection not being cured after my first go to the hospital, so seeing this guy makes me absolutely worry for his health. My arm had an abscess as well, and it got like the size of my calf and was literally so painful. The vasculature within his arms is also completely destroyed, permanently. He won't live past his fifties maybe sixties, most likely due to cardiovascular problems (synthol finding its way into his heart, brain, lungs - etc) To be honest the state should step in, serving the Rusky equivalent to a mental health warrant and get this young man's mental health evaluated.
You think the russian state actually gives a shit? Its sad but genuinly it probably cares less then soviet times.

4:20 the reason he calls himself bazooka hands is because the way russia language works is weird. In Russian ruka means arm and ruki means hands so it was probably a translation issue.
I am also Russian and apparently he actually started starting in porn
Also regards the pr team that missed the opportunity to use mr. Popey, in Russia it is not a popular character at all, and he started his "career as an entertainer" (I use that term lightly) due to the Russian TV drama gossip show "Pust Govoryat" ("Let them talk") waaaay before TikTok or musically, so he didn’t even know back then that he would become popular outside of Russia. Hope this comment was entertaining lol

If you do what's it like at the moment?
Just curious
Hahahaha I remember when they streamed that show back in like 2016?
I think that the name also was directly translated from руки-базуки which rhymes so I guess he stuck to that literal translation
@@1mp3y I live in Russia too, but I'm not sure what kind of answer you expect to get as to "what's it like at the moment?". Companies are leaving, we're getting more distant from the civilized world with each day. On TV it's always the same, with fat old cunts threatening everyone with nukes and shit. People are divided.
@@1mp3y I am also Russian, now because of the war with Ukraine or, as our media calls it, "special military operation", the propaganda machine is working at full capacity, now there is a very tense atmosphere here, the government has introduced a law about "fake news" if you spread information that discredits the Russian army - you can be punished, ranging from a fine to criminal liability. The wording of the law was specifically drawn up such that any opinion that disagrees with the state can be brought under it. As a result, we have an information bubble where we hear only one opinion and this is very sad. People are just brainwashed. And to be honest, I can't blame people for believing all this nonsense, you won't blame zombies for getting infected. If not for the Internet and my Ukrainian friends, I would most likely believe all this too. The Putin regime has become very strong in recent months, so much so that people that have relatives or friends in Ukraine prefer to trust the government rather than them. Personally, I was initially skeptical about Putin's policies, so this did not affect me
@@1mp3y I'm not the original commenter, but I do live in Russia, and it's bad.
There's a lot of government propoganda, recently they had almost accepted a law banning lgbtq propoganda for ADULTS(it already has that law for underage people) which means no 18+ mark would've helped anymore, and everything lgbtq-related would've been banned. and it really hurts as an underage lgbtq person.
Then there's the Ukrainian situation. That's especially horrible. There's this propoganda movement "za mir"("for peace" spelled with english Z) and Z became a symbol of propoganda for war in Ukraine. Some people(and government propoganda) refuse to call it war though, and pretend like everything is fine. It especially hurts because I see a lot of my peers agreeing with the government and Putins propoganda all of a sudden. I think it comes from refusal to believe our country did something horrible, but I'm not sure??
Either way, as soon as I can I'm gonna try and leave the country. I was initially planning to stay and live here to see it improve, because I do love my country(NOT the government), but I just can't anymore. It hurts living in a place which constantly discriminates against me for things I do not control. It hurts to leave in a place where I can't express my political opinions without the fear of being taken away by police. It hurts living in a place which constantly does horrible things and is basically a laughing stock for the whole world. I truly wish that things will get better, but it's becoming worse and worse it seems.
It's also really annoys me how pretty much no one is helping us, normal russian people. No one is listening to us, no one really cares about our problems, we barely get any representation in media besides "evil russian spy" or "bear vodka balalaika", and with recent events it feels like we took three steps back and now almost everyone hates us. Not the government, but us, average people. It hurts. I just want all of this to end already. I want to change the system, but it won't happen without public resonance, and any public opinion other than "Russia is the best🤩🇷🇺" gets shut down. Luckily, there are aware people who try to spread the info as much as possible. The internet is not as moderated as real life, so it's easier to speak out here. Still, with banning of TikTok, which is the most popular social media around youth, it's basically cut off the way for other russian people to get information. ugh.
Well that's about all that is on my mind rn. Sorry for this uhhh vent ig? It's just been a lot lately. Feel free to ask any other questions and my heart goes out to all Ukrainian people who are suffering at the moment🙏🇺🇦❤

"Bazooka Hands" is a bad translation. In russian, the words "arms" and "hands" are both the word "руки" (rooky), which rhymes well with the plural for bazookas "базуки" (bazooky). This creates the moniker "руки-базуки" (rooky-bazooky) which rolls of the tongue and is quite memorable. On a side note, he seems to follow the russian dota player codex of making small, seemingly insignificant grammatical errors exclusively in places where they would cause the most confusion and inconvenience.

@@osparav you arent long for the world if your a pedophile your meeting with judgment will be soon!
Small note: “only there, where” is a typically Russian construction (“только там, где”) and is not commonly used in English. Instead, try saying: “only in places where they would cause ...” - it sounds a lot more natural that way.
I really hope he changes his mind. Seeing him makes me really sad because I can understand his he has aimed for the arms to be his whole personality. It's like the bigger arms he has the more self worth he attains? One can only hope for his situation to get better.
