Hi Alexis, this is a really good topic idea. I will have to think about how to do a video on this. I know before each therapy session, I take 10 mins to review my notes and I write down several things I want to talk about with my clients. There are so many different modalities for dealing with trauma. There is EMDR, CBT, etc. I I took courses in "trauma informed art therapy". I will think about this some more because you are right its such an important topic, just so broad, wondering how to make one video about it. Thanks!
