Batdash is backdash, then press bat button.
The bat dash is so simple when you figure it out you might be pushing the wrong buttons like I was. You'll get it.
I wanna know how he dash's that long cause when I play alucard dash's than when he's done tfansfroms back into human form

Repeat the spell within 1 second of casting. On Saturn and 1.0 JPN version, it just goes.

Dude I dont care about these speed runs I just want to know How to do the bat dash.
I tried doing what it told me to do and it doesn't work someone help me. Its passing me off. I been playung this since I was 9.
I have a video on bat mechanics on the same channel. Keep in mind that this is for PSX and XBLA. I don't know for sure if it works the same in Requiem or Drac X Chronicles.
The input is [Backdash], then [Bat] quickly after. The sooner you hit bat, the more momentum you have.
If you are referring to Wing Smash, the blue outline dash, while facing right, it is:

Go back to the teleporter in Reverse Castle Keep. Press Up on the teleporter.
