back in time we had asylums for crazy ppl like this and we didn't needed to record or anything to put ppl in that place. nowadays we can get good evidences on cameras that some ppl are crazy but we can't put them on asylums that easy anymore. ironic.
It is not just crazy people doing but also saying things. I know a popular livestreamer that straight up said i wish i deleted my kid from existence in a serious manner on livestream knowing what he is putting out there. Always use a dash cam. Something could have happened prior to him getting his cellphone out. I've see videos of people hitting the hood of a vehicle, then stumbling off like they were hit. If the driver didn't have a camera, witnesses would have taken sides.
