Macros 1 Cheesy garlic bread (Recipes makes 4): 225 Calories, 23C, 8F, 15P
Ingredients:
100g flour
Pinch of salt
1tsp baking powder
100g Greek yogurt or skyr
10g honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
100g shredded cheese
60g deli meat
10g olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
bunch of parsley
Start by adding flour, baking powder, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl and mix. Then add Greek yogurt and kneed everything until you have a dough ball. Place the dough into the bowl and set it aside.
Add oil to a bowl, grate the garlic, and add to the bowl, chop up parsley and add it in as well. Mix and set aside.
Cut deli meat into very fine pieces and prepare cheese.
Measure out the dough ball and cut it into 4 equal pieces. Lay out parchment paper, spray some oil on top, and spread it out with your hands. Now add the dough on top and press them into a flat rectangle shape. Add cheese and meat on one half of every flat dough, then flip the other side on top of the side of meat and cheese, and then press down the edges. It should look like a mini calzone. Repeat with all 4 dough servings.
Heat up a pan to medium-low heat, add in all 4 calzones, and close the lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes, check the bottom and if there is golden brown color flip all 4 breads and cook again for 2-3 minutes. At the very end add the garlic oil with a brush on top of all 4 breads, flip them, and let them fry for 15 seconds. Then remove from the pan. Done!
The best way to store IMO is in a zip-lock bag in the freezer. Microwave for 4-5 minutes and they are ready.

Bought it! How often is the cookbook updated when you put out a new video like this?
@@Mathachew +1 for this, I bought your cookbook and would like to know how often it gets updated.
@@Mathachew I update the book every 4-6 weeks with 10-15 new recipes.
@@Felu perfect, thank you!
Thank you, kind sir. I purchased your cookbook recently, and I am enjoying it tremendously. I do love the fact that you took the time to link everything and that you even include links to the videos for the recipes that have them. Can't wait to give these a try next Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much!
Dear Felu, You sir are wonderful. I lost 42 kg by making and eating your dishes combined with a gym. Thank You for sharing Your wonderful recipes. Tomorrow I'll try this garlic bread
Thank you so much and great job on losing 42kg!
Thank you, friend. I never would have thought to add yogurt to my bread dough. I appreciate your short and concise video format. Simple ingredients that people have in their pantry and great recipes that aren't overly complicated.
Thank you!
Love the recipe, thanks a lot! Going to try tomorrow 😍😍
Love the videos, spectacular recipes, and accurate measurements. its immensely helpful, thank you
Thanks a lot!
Tip: put a damp paper towel under the parchment paper while working on it and it won’t slide around
Thanks for the recipe. You have inspired me to try so many new meals. I have lost 100 kg in 18 months and have eaten healthy since. Its good to learn new ways to eat. Your protein videos are also amazing. The way you choose to make your videos make it simple to follow the guide and the information in the description. Thank you so much. Keep going, you make life better for so many. Thanks for your videos
Wow, 100kg is massive! Congrats
100kg?? BRO that is crazy
Also bought the cookbook, can recommend it wholeheartedly!
Def. gonna try these some day soon
Thanks a lot!
I used Turkish white cheese, sucuk and pastirma as a filling and it was delicious. Thanks for the recipe, I doubled the ingredients und made 8 pieces.
Bought a food scale awhile ago only used for making bread lol time to make this !!
The Mike Mentzer of cooking❤
Lol I wish haha
@@Felu you deserve so many more subscribers it's not even funny. Thank you so much for everything. And yes you are the Mike Mentzer of cooking since you both work smart instead of hard to acheive our goals with barely any of the pain
If you think about it, 200 calories is a lot because if you're eating like 2000 calories a day, that's like 10% of your calories right there. I'm just saying that's why I usually don't snack unless it's really filling because I always go over my calories when I snack
Amazing recipe
Glad you liked it, thank you!
This recipe is amazing and I really want to try it out when I’ll have a free time.
I don’t really like deli meat, so I’ll try to substitute it with pre-cooked shredded chicken breast.
Great idea!
could be great for bulking i guess, looks so delicious!
FELU!!! Just dropping in to say hello and we appreciate you!
Thank you!
this will definitely become a staple for me. Instead of olive oil, i think i will use butter instead for more flavor at half the calories (60cal for 14g).
Sounds great!
This recipe looks incredibly good! Looking forward to trying it out.
Out of curiosity, for vegetarians, how would you recommend replacing meat in your recipes? Do you think substitute meat would work just as well, or something like tofu, or do these recipes need meat for the quality/flavor of the dish?
There is no need to add the meat. I tried the recipe with and without meat and both taste great.
Thank you. Would be great if you can mix in some more meal prep type recipes, thanks
Sure thing!
Looks great sir
Thank you.
Straight outta my dreams
We've been getting some bomb recipes lately
What would you suggest to replace meat, please?
nice salt action boss, cheers for the vid/recipe. I'm 20kg down from top, loving it
20kg, great job!
Still need you to make a recipe with chinese sticky coconut rice, Felu! Still haven't tried making it myself ever since I had it in The States this summer because I feel like I might mess it up and then end up disliking it!
I will make it soon :)
Can this be made with quark instead of greek yogurt?
What website do you use to calculate the calories?
can i use oat flour?
I recommend you looking at the regional locations for book purchases. Skyr is NONEXISTANT in US. :(
Skyr tastes exactly like greek yogurt and has the same macros.
Any plans on doing a physical cookbook?
Not possible, it's simply too expensive
Hi Felu, if I already have your cookbook, will I get this recipe?
Yes, next update will drop soon!
@@Felu awesome, I can't wait!
By the way, if I notice a mistake in a recipe, how can I contact you?
Through the email that is written on the last page, thank you
Feluuuuuuuuu
Let's gooooo
Isn’t 10g or protein to every 100 calories the threshold for “high protein”
Still gonna make it, looks fantastic, I’m just saying let’s not water down the term maybe
I'm surprised you never use vital wheat gluten to add more protein to and bread like recipes
Because nobody has vital wheat gluten at home
@@Felu fair point and the price has gotten a tad expensive
Will you ever do any bulking recipes for those of us who are skinny and want to put on some size? I've really been loving the high protein, low calorie recipes while cutting, but now that I'm trying to pack on some more muscle, I find myself needing to eat many more calories.
Same! I'm starting to work out again after a long while of not taking care of myself and I need to put on some mass.
Peanut butter is your friend! Swap chicken out for pork or beef when possible
Eat more of the same.
Use the full-fat versions of the otherwise reduced items, maybe except meat, since those fats aren't the best, but dairy, maybe aside from the real thicc cheeses, are a bit healthier.
I wish I had your problem, if I look at a doughnut wrong I gain 5 pounds of ass fat.
feel like these would be a lot better after being cooked in the oven
I tried in the oven but the crust is a lot better in the pan but it certainly works
@@Felu what temperature? maybe ill try both!
O M G 😳🤌❤️
Half of it being burnt to extreme 😂
That REWE cheese hits different
