I tried this recipe and it came out really well. I made it for 12 people. I took quantities exactly 4 times of what you mentioned in the video and it was perfect. The quantity was Lil excess, but it tasted so well. It got over so fast. Everyone enjoyed. Thanks for sharing this recipe 😊

Super! But flavours are very light for a biryani concept. Added cashew paste, coriander, pudina, little curd to the curry and it was superb! Rice preparation was perfect. Salt needs a little more than you suggested for the rice. Also little essence would enhance the biryani flavour a lot, at the time of dum. Thank you for sharing!
