The Mahindra XUV400 EV is now adorned with a banner expressing the owner’s exasperation and loss of faith in both the brand and its product. In response to this ordeal, the customer intends to take legal action against the company, citing mental distress and unresolved issues.
The owner highlights that he invested Rs 21 lakh in purchasing the car and is paying a monthly EMI of Rs 32,000. He opted for Mahindra over foreign brands, but the lack of assistance from the company has left him disillusioned.

Safety is not just in body weight, it depends on Driving speed/style/options like abs/ebd/esp...
I agree that Hyundai has to improve the build quality like wat they had in 2019 and before.. but the quality of their vehicle is one of the best and very rare instance of breakdown
Tata/Mahindra are using this safety rating to lure the buyers, both of them has worst afterSale service/ frequent RSA / Frequent glitches and callbacks
Well said sir, Hyundai is in top5 list in world best selling car brands..1at is always Toyota ..Hyundai launched venue and creta cars only in foreign market build quality. People should buy venue and creta to have peace of mind and satisfaction in today's situation.
i rely on hyundai and honda. i bought santro in 2003 ,now only i sold. no problem at all. 2015 Honda city zx .lovely car and no major problem so far, 2018 again hyundai grand i 10 automatic. that also good. we should not take risk while investing heavy amount. Not only our money is wasted, un necessary tension.

But repair is always a problem.
3 cars with troubled customers XUV400 in 6 months is disaster.
Mahindra uses NMC battery is different from Tata LFP Lithium battery may be the issue.
This is the problem with Indian Brands. Quality checks of the product is not to even the basic level. Very poor in quality checks.

Innum eththana kaalam ithay solitu irukinga...? Am using tigor from 2019 and Altroz from 2021. Services are good. Am from Trichy. Kaveri Tata has two showroom and Services centers in trichy. Also they have more than 8 plus showrooms and Services centers. I agreed 3 cylinder engines are has low power compared to others. But normal family use. Fare enough. Both cars runs 30k and 25k kms accordingly. All hills station and long trip we travelled. So please try understanding the reality

True ...not foreign brand or Indian brand bro ,All brands do business even royal Enfield exporting models are way better quality and good design aspects compared to India, Bajaj ,Mahindra ,tata products are also same in foreign markets, japanese ,Americans, Italians anybody doing business in India will have the quality to save their reputations..so we should not get compromised in mileage and low cost things and buy quality less products , we should know who is master of what in every products and that's the solution. For example,petrol engine masters are always for their refinement and smooth engine,fiat is masters in diesel (now fiat is owned by stellanties even old Scorpio hawak engines,safari sumo engines are using this engines) , Swift got hit in market coz it's used Fiat mutijet engine , Toyota will make cars for life time not for to do business only (extremely reliable) but Toyota can't import more models coz they can't give it in competitive price in India,(fortuner is half a price in japan comparing India,velfire is just 35lakhs in japan but in India 1crore coz of taxes. We all have smartphones now ,we have educated people all in our house today ,so search it in Google ,search for reliable engines in India - Hyundai has 1.6 diesel which is best in Hyundai line up , maruti has 1.2kl engines which is best in thier line up, Honda has 1.5 vtech , fiat has 1.3 multijet(anyway fiat is no more in India). Like this we need to search and buy a product ...we are just getting impression from ad film's and their marketing strategies ...I always suggest Toyota and Honda for cars , Kawasaki, yamaha ,Honda ,Suzuki for bike.... Trust japanese for japanese always, they are masters in the automobile industry for th world. This would can be seen in Goole if you start surfing and reading about automobile industry. Nowadays royal Enfield also denying japanese engineers and they getting advises to design engines ( j series engine from royal Enfield is from Japanese guidance received engine). If we start buying more japanese they will start more plants and service stations in India and bring many models here...they have lot and lot designs in world market ,india like corruption countries will not let the quality products to do business here coz thier products will not get sale.here (maruti is congress owned brand who also denies Suzuki brand even from that time). Toyota will not tie up with anybody coz they are worlds best brand and Honda and tata had a plan to tie up in India in 90's but government not approved this coz maruti needs to own the sales report😄, think how it would be if tata and Honda is in tie up, tata's 5star build rating and Honda's world's best refinement ...we would have got world's best car models in India ....but not happened and nothing will happen in future...we need think a lot and search a lot before investing our hard earned money ...
