SinRaeyan you can also try it while lying down and rotating your neck instead of pulling your head or pushing your chin, personally I find a lot more relief from lying down and having everything crack in one large motion, consistently get at least 4

I suffer with serious joint displacement that has left me wheelchair bound for the last 7 years, and sadly, will for the rest of my life, I have had 3 years of intense physio, some private, and some NHS (I'm UK based) and all their advice was good, but, I found out that the tension builds up so bad in my spine, it blocks the nerve channels, sometimes leaving me temporarily paralysed in my legs.
I've been on strong pain killers (oxycontin) for 5 years, which makes it bearable, but the side affects make it worse.
I tried your video, as having a massive flare up that left me hospitalised for 10 days, and wow.
You sir, are a god, this single video has helped me more than 3 years of physio.
    I cannot thank you enough.

I keep going to the ER with migraines and all kinds of weird symptoms including a huge change in mental state and out of NO where. The doctors keep sending me home saying I’m just having anxiety because all of my labs are normal and perfect but I’m trying to tell them that something is affecting my jaw/neck/brain/something!! I haven’t been myself. I’m even seeing a neurologist soon. I did this tonight though and my back cracked SO many times. I feel great right now. I hope this was the answer to everything. I really do. I’ve been scared I have some type of brain injury or med interaction. They didn’t even ask me about my back or offer any type of advice like this. Thank you so much. Even if it doesn’t heal everything I feel good tonight and I don’t have a migraine right now. And that’s such a relief I could cry !! 😌♥️

Tried this at home. Never have been the same. I am now completely disabled and bed riden for the rest of my life. My spine has been completely removed from my body. I feel ghost back pain every single day. The doctors were kind enough to replace my spine with my 15 year old broom from my kitchen ( and no they did not sterilize it). Commenting from death bed :)
    Any tips?

@@amandasolmundson4168 Hello Amanda! I'm sorry I haven't seen this inquiry sooner. Unfortunately, I am battling the loan sharks coming for me! My hospital bill was outrageously high and they took my house! I'm sending this behind a McDonalds alley! Hopefully, I can survive out here with my new best friend Houseless Harry! He happened to go through the same pain after seeing this video as well. Tip of the day, be safe when cracking your back! You may lose your house! Stay safe out there!!

I've been having neck and shoulder pain as well as lower back, pelvis and hip pain. I'm always very tight and tired no matter how much movement. Lately my necks continually pops or cracks and the strain in my neck and shoulders has been getting progressively worse. I've seen a physician and they just gave me pain meds. But I saw your video tonight and tried a couple of the neck and back maneuvers and it was great. Instant relief! Wow, thanks just what I really needed! Needless to say but I subscribed to your channel immediately afterwards!

I love these! Just a few things you can add that I discovered on myself:
    1) Lay on your back, put fingers from bath hands right under the spine bone that links to the skull, then relaw all your muscles and push it up, play with it a little bit and it you give you a crack you rarely experience by chance.
    2) while doing back torsion I like to use my muscle to do kind of like a belly dance (slower of course) in odrer to work even closer to the joints. Works perfectly for the joints you can't get easely
