I've had a PSP for 8 years now and I've never had any error message at all. my UMD's are in good shape, nothing is broken or messed up and it still looks great. It's just how you treat it.
If you compare the specs of the psp to the 3ds, they are virtually the same despite the obvious lack of dual screens and 3d, but everything else is almost exact. Which means Sony released a handheld in 2004 thats as strong as one Nintendo released in 2011. That is impressive as hell.
***** Didn't seem that way for the time but than again im not very familiar with the other consoles that were available at the time other than the sega master system.
got turned off on Classic Game Room when they downsized this year. Only good video to come out of him recently is the PS VITA review. I still watch his videos from 2009-2015 though.
Makenshu san breaks the moment you take it out for the first time? I'm sorry, but that is simply not true. I've never come close to breaking a UMD disk. I find the UMD format to be way more reliable than for example the CD-format. (dvd, bluray or whatever) I think it's pretty equivalent to cartridges. But I sure, it's not perfect.
SphankeyPD The UMDs actually worked out well instead of downloads for buying used and discounted games in local stores and online stores like Half.com, eBay, Amazon, etc. Occasionally a UMD protective case would split apart but that's easily fixed by placing the disc in a snap-on case that's stronger than the original. The chip media for the PS Vita is nice making the console almost solid-state, but they are so small it's hard to read the sticker to determine what the game is. I actually bought UMD movies and they worked out great. Still play my PSP all the time.
***** I've brought my UMD games on many trips and can't really recall ever having any trouble with disc errors and whatnot. Been on a trip on the back of a horse, buddy? ;) Just fucking with you. I don't see what the big problem is and why people complain so much about the UMD format. It makes me wonder what the hell people are doing with their handheld consoles. xD
+Dub Monster I kind of destroyed my PSP back before I had a X360 (Original white model) and how I destroyed it? I still have my PSP. It's the original model, still works fine. I must be very lucky, as I've never had a disc read error. I love it, especially since I only had to pay to get games for it, because I got my PSP for free. The back in 2005 at the first university I went to school at had a poker club. It was free to join and play, and the university gave the club money for prizes for each weakly tournament and the big semester end tournament that only the top 40 players from the semester could be in. I got second in one of the semester end tournaments that year, and the original PSP was the second place prize. That was a good year; I won a lot of stuff that year.

***** Yeah I have a original FAT psp, had it since launch. I have never seen any of the problems i have read about. Then again the loading mechanism for UMD's are so much better on it. it actually slides into a slot instead of freely moving around before closing.
UMD weren't a mistake. What were they supposed to do in 2004? Flash cards were still around 50 bucks for 1gb, I still had dial up, and were they supposed to put an iPod style mini HD in there? Like that would have been cheaper and more reliable? It was either a small disc or go a step back with cartridges. It was a time when no obvious solution was available and this was the best trade off. Maybe it took them a while to phase it out but that's the worst complaint you can level. And if you're UMD's are scratched and dirty you're an idiot who needs to take care of his games, they're already in little cases to protect them.
Has to be a problem with that specific unit, I've never gotten a disc read error, never had games skip or anything like that and I've got the older PSP2000 unit. All digital games wouldn't have been a good idea then, games ranging from 300MB to 1.8GB on UMDs wouldn't have worked terribly well when memory was expensive at that time. They only included a 32MB stick with the thing if you got the value pack, yeah not a lot remember that. On top of that the memory sticks were a bit expensive, I recall 1GB would run you about 60+ bucks. So the UMD was a good idea for the most part, just ..not for movies, that was truly a dumb bloody idea. Hell it's something even the Vita is screwed with, 32GB for 100 bucks, that's mental. I got a microSD card for 30. Sony makes good stuff, but they just can't price their media formats well.
I bought a psp just to emulate games. I do all my portable gaming on the psp..i've got an nes, a snes, a mega drive, an atari 2600, a vectrex, a game boy advance and a gameboy color where ever I bring my psp, and i'm working on getting the turbo on there too. it's not perfect, but it's pretty frickin great.
My dad got me a PSP back in 2011 or 2012. He just came home from the store with a PSP. I really do like it. He bought me a few games. Games are GTA Vice City stories, Harry Potter, Ratchet And Clank, Prince of Persia, Rock Band, God Of War chains of Olympus and ghost of Sparta. Despite the fact I played on it a lot, I never bought another game for PSP. Over time I did stop playing on it since I got a 3DS and an IPad. And now I got an Iphone. I still own my PSP. I also just ordered a new charger for my PSP so I can play it again :)
Wtf... I have loads of umd movies because I was traveling so much back in the day. And I had absolutely no problem with it. Games movies everything was running smoothly from umd even on the bus and played music as well on the foot. I really do loved/love psp, Im gonna buy one next week because nostalgia. I have so many warm memories with this little machine omg
am I the only one who actually like the UMD. it might be a pain in the ass but in a bearable way. Not having to download my games, insert whenever, more memory for me. i guess I am a bit old fashioned.
I've had a PSP since Christmas of 2005, made it easier for my parents to buy the 3 games they got me for it. After years of using UMD I didn't see the point of downloading games on it until 3 years ago when I bought 5 games from the PSN store. Plus I've never had a error saying the UMD can't be read. I guess I got lucky!
I think some of the UMD PSP games will become pretty collectible in the future. A good many games were released on disc only and did not make the jump to digital download. RPGs especially. The only legal way to play these games will be to track down a copy of the UMD. They didn't sell a whole bunch to begin with, making the supply low. Any increase in demand and the available copies will disappear quickly!
It's 2015 and I just ordered a white 2000 PSP. They're a great value now refurbished, and have a ton of great games. I had a Vita and sold it, sadly Sony didn't support the Vita enough to make it a system worth holding onto.
***** There isn't much of a difference at all between the 2000 & 3000 models, except for a slight brightness increase & rounded menu buttons on the 3000. Wasn't worth the extra cost to me.
***** I like the PSP because I like collecting physical copies of games. The library of games for the PSP is hundreds of titles more than what the Vita has. The servers for the PSP are closed for online play. That doesn't matter to me, I like single player anyways.
+dan_the _eel (Danil) Not really, the PSP can be made into a Retro gameplayer if you really wanted to try. (Except when you don't own the games that you're getting ROMs for.)
Fortunately the vita finally starts getting quality JRPG games like the newest legend of heroes game. Sadly vita's library still consist huge amounts of otaku games (games utilize "service" artwork as the core gameplay). It's neither I hate otaku games or those games are unplayable, but having over amounts of titles like this feels like a waste of vita's hardware potential. This successor of psp deserves more games like Killzone Mercenary and Persona.
Which is sad. 3DS did not start of well at launch but being able pick up quickly. The Vita has impressive hardware design and deserve the same amount of charming that 3ds has.
U mean in america actually here in asia vita is doing great america not so much cause they love 3ds even ds beat psp sales parents buy their kids 3ds instead of vitas since its ateted for kids fact, i bought a vita for games like killzone, soul sacifice, freedom wars, persona 4 golden
This channel was apart of my late 2000s early 2010s childhood. Remember watching these reviews while owning a psp go and playing the OG Xbox while writing cheats on a notepad. That era of gaming and electronics will never be back.
xIrfanPvP Yeah. There dead cheap to pick up. And the games are dirt cheap with some really awesome titles. Ridge racer, ratchet and clank: size matters, GTA vice and liberty city stories to name a few.
tbh I'm happy they didnt go with download it would just take up way more space then it needed to and I can't be the only one that actually enojoyed having physical copies of games and their box instead of virtual downloads
Psp is great for emulating games, bought one for $10 from a friend and a week later showed him Mario World and Metroid Zero Mission and that was the best part about a psp, seeing the reaction. Uses for PsP 1. Reactions to playing non psp games 2. Emulating 3. Actual psp gameslol
i loved the PSP its like a mini ps2 and almost perfect for me! It has everything i want and it doesn't have a touchscreen thankfully. I'm sad my mom didn't buy me one when i was a kid now that they are cheap i'll have to see if anyone has one to sell. :)
I just purchased a psp 3000 after not owning a psp in a long time... idk why I just love the design of the older models. It’s slightly nostalgic for me, haha. & It’s the perfect train companion.
+billy ryan If I told you all the stuff I sold for cigarettes you would cry. One of the things on that list is my first car... It was a beautiful 2000 Pontiac Grand prix SE with the 3800... Made 240 horsepower, I loved that car.
Actually, the UMD format wasn't a downside. I don't care what people say. Think back to 2005 when this came out, flash 2GB memory chips were far too costly for mass production of games, main reason why the N64 failed so hard because those game card and cartridges are FAR more costly to make than a plastic disc, and that cuts into developers profits. The Nintendo DS's largest games were 512MB at the absolute max, only game I know that used it was Ni No Kuni. The PSP UMD could hold a whopping 1.8GB in comparison, and I bet you it was way cheaper than a 512MB NDS card.
Have to disagree about UMDs. All it takes is a server shutdown and the PSPGo is stuck with whatever games is downloaded on it at that time. I can continue to find used UMD games and movies for years to come in independent gaming shops and pawnshops. In fact, I can get a lot of PSP games cheap these days.
I honestly dont understand the fuss about the UMD's. Sure, they're pointless, useless and all around redundant. But in all honestly, i've got the E-1004 series one, and i can honestly shake and wobble the system about to no end with a UMD disk inside, and there's no problems with it... No skipping, no "Disc could not be read" errors or anything
I'd rather advice you to get the E-1004. They're more readily available, often in better condition, due to being a newer model and the lack of WLAN means that once the store is eventually shut down, you wont be so badly affected, assuming you have either a PS3 or a PS4 system to download and transfer games to (Or a USB cable if you're using CFW).
2018. I was going to buy Vita or this. Switch was out of the question as too expensive both in hardware and in software, plus its a bit too big to be considered trully portable. Vita has very few triple A titles. I ended up buying a PSP and I absolutely love it. This device was lightyears ahead of its time. Still to this day, NOTHING beats it in style and ease of use, when all you wanna do is pop in a game and play a few minutes wherever you are.
I could have lived with the smaller screen, but what turned me off the PSP GO was the same thing that turned off everyone else. I.e. That it couldn't play UMD discs. Which, of course, means I can't play the PSP games I already had. Not without buying them again, but what sane person wants to buy the same game twice?
I don't know i had mine hacked, so i could easily play games that weren't available. Personally mine is used strictly for emulation because i like the form factor as it works well imo for them.
+Paul Barnes I see where you're driving at with the PSP though. The only reason why I still play it is because I pirated a shit load of games on it. >:(
RIP in Peace P(eni)SP. Y u get rekt so quickly? PSP now 420 blzin it w/ Shnoop Dawg up in the quickscoping heavens.[Sample Text] -Smoke Weed Every Day- *DubStep* P3n15
This is the worst review ever. It's more of a personal review filled with opinions. Most of the problems you talk about most people have never had with the PSP unless you don't take care of it. The PSP is the most powerful handheld system of all time. period
I've been playing on PSP since 2005 and I've never gotten the disc could not be read error across my PSP-1000 and PSP-3001 models. I must have gotten a really good one then! I love this thing so much that I bought a spare one just in case my current one stops working and if they stop making it which they probably have by now. I think I only have like 2 movies on UMD only because they were cheaper than the DVD version and I have a component cable to output to my TV which would have been amazing to have back when I got it! Star Wars Batttlefront II was my most played game, after a while I somehow regretted choosing a PSP over a PS2 but then Battlefront: Renegade Squadron (PSP exclusive) came out and I was super happy! Then Battlefront: Elite Squadron came out for it and it was a good time to own one! Love this thing to death!
i like this channel specially because of the amount of off-screen shots they make with handhelds, it looks so much better than those half-assed footage captured with a video-out cable, all blurry, or compressed, or de-interlaced in a wrong way (*cough*metaljesus*cough*)
This is a shock! PSP did help me a lot to loose weight. I used PSP at the gym all the time to watch movies when I used the treadmill. Thanks for the nostalgia and the video.
I dont understand all your hates for the psp. Its 2015 and i still play it today. And i freakin LOVE it. Great graphic great sound and very cheap (but awesome) handheld gaming console. Really tough one too. Still survive perfectly untill today.
I just got a PSP, I know I'm late in the game. I flashed the firmware and am enjoying the games immensely. I had been using my phone as a gaming device with a moga controller but most android games suck, the in app purchases in almost every game ruin the gaming experience. I love having a handheld device with REAL games. I love my PSP I've gotten so much enjoyment out of it so far.
+DodgaOfficial I still yet to find a legal reason to flash a PSP. So far what I mostly seen people doing is pirating games, with the only legal thing is the emulators to run the pirate roms on.
Thats the whole point for me. But there are other reasons to flash, there are mods where you can do savestates with any game, there are mods to install google chrome, theres tons of awesome stuff, pirating is just one of the many awesome benefits flashing gets you.
Santa Goomba Backups only legal if 2 conditions are meet. 1.) that the software are on Volatile storage device like floppies, not on non-volatile media like Optical Media. Meaning that anything that likely to not last can legally be backuped. 2.) that it's copied directly from the original media, not stolen from the Web.
richkawaiipikachu Last time I checked, I'm pretty sure Optical Media is a disc, not a cartridge. And again, if you already own said media, it is legal for you to own a ROM of it. I don't know where you got this, but if you're in the US, then it isn't like that.
I had this model. Crisp, brand new. Had several games and some UMD movies. Kept it scratch free and clean. When the second version of the xbox 360 released my friend had sold everything he previously had including his 360 pro to gamestop for it during their launch date special. Turns out he was $90 short. And he could not have any of his items back after selling them the previous day. The nice friend that I was, I let him sell my PSP to gamestop which was $120 in store. And I never saw compensation. I'm a good friend. And a dumb one. I miss it...
not to mention you can load your games with CFW on the aux memory. better loading times, less battery usage, and less noise. CFW also adds emulators and POPS loading for the whole PS1 library!
I picked up the 2000 (slim) many years ago when Crisis Core: Final Fantasy was being released. I got an amazing amount of use out of this thing over the years. UMD discs never were a problem for me as I never had game freezing or disc read errors. Later on though, I put custom firmware on it, ripped my UMD's to ISO files and put them on the memory stick. That saved a lot of battery life and slightly faster load times... plus emulation and homebrew games kept me using it for a long long time. I know the piracy aspect of the system is what led Sony to design so many annoyances and lockdowns with the Vita, and that's unfortunate, but I still love both systems.
@YouDon'tKnowWhoIAm Yep, sorta, but unlike Sony they put the d-pad below it which has really been a bad idea, infact very often when I use the button-stick on my 3DS XL I accidentaly push the d-pad with my hand which of course interfere with the gameplay.
Man, the PSP brings back too many memories. I remember playing Daxter and not being able to get past a level. I remember playing Lego Star Wars II and dying so much. I remember breaking my charger and not being able to use my PSP for a year. Whatever happened to it, it'll have a place in my heart.
Homebrew enabled PSP is a thing of beauty. Still the best handheld for emulation/retro gaming. I got my PSP in 2005 and it is still used at least weekly to this day.
I've bought a used PSP 3001 on a car boot sale 3 years ago, and the only problem I ever found with it was the battery life. But that didn't bother me that much. I love my PSP, and after selling my Nintendo DS lite (which was a huge mistake), I found that this is also an amazing portable.
Ok it was bothering me the whole time. you were complaining about the disk reading issue. But you were placing the UMD flat against the plastic back, when its built so it will be in the perfect spot when you place it losely in the tray towards the laser.
If you remember this guy, you deserve a veteran's discount

Not really, Nintendo just releases underpowered tech because hardware is more of an after thought than a focus point to them ever since the Wii.
Nintendo has ALWAYS done that. Read this on Gunpei Yokoi: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gunpei_Yokoi

actually the psp could do 3d too. only one game used it though. one of the metal gear games if i recall.
The Snes and N64 were the most powerful consoles in their bracket when they came out. I don't count the Neo Geo as a rival to the SNES.
This video has a better quality than more than half of review videos today and this was made in 2009.

It's 2015 and I just ordered a white 2000 PSP. They're a great value now refurbished, and have a ton of great games. I had a Vita and sold it, sadly Sony didn't support the Vita enough to make it a system worth holding onto.
*****
There isn't much of a difference at all between the 2000 & 3000 models, except for a slight brightness increase & rounded menu buttons on the 3000. Wasn't worth the extra cost to me.
*****
I like the PSP because I like collecting physical copies of games. The library of games for the PSP is hundreds of titles more than what the Vita has. The servers for the PSP are closed for online play. That doesn't matter to me, I like single player anyways.
+Simon Get Infected... I love that game.
Austin Cervantes
I'll look into it, thanks for the recommendation.
+dan_the _eel (Danil)
Not really, the PSP can be made into a Retro gameplayer if you really wanted to try. (Except when you don't own the games that you're getting ROMs for.)
i owned PSP for 6 years. Great gaming console with many great games, its such a shame that its successor PSV is doing so bad...
Jason Jabez n64 on ds its real
***** I kinda got the same setup as you. I've got a nexus 5 and a moga controller for it. I can play DS game on it too!
U mean in america actually here in asia vita is doing great america not so much cause they love 3ds even ds beat psp sales parents buy their kids 3ds instead of vitas since its ateted for kids fact, i bought a vita for games like killzone, soul sacifice, freedom wars, persona 4 golden
Getting a PSP 1000 on Friday. Watching this video makes me even more excited.
to be honest...my psp is flashed and modded so I dont have to use umd's, i just burn them to my memory stick and then dont have to worry about them!
Me too
same :D
UA-cam has changed so much…and so have I
I was using my PSP while watching this video and I found out you can't use the store anymore. :C
This channel was apart of my late 2000s early 2010s childhood. Remember watching these reviews while owning a psp go and playing the OG Xbox while writing cheats on a notepad. That era of gaming and electronics will never be back.
Playing psp in 2016 still worth it?
KilrCde134 yes
Most definitely.
+nirvana 8193 still use it?
+KilrCde134 it is worth cause it is cheap now
xIrfanPvP Yeah.
Uses for PsP
1. Reactions to playing non psp games
2. Emulating
3. Actual psp gameslol
what is the music that plays when you start talking in the review? the music sounds like jazz or something.
i loved the PSP its like a mini ps2 and almost perfect for me! It has everything i want and it doesn't have a touchscreen thankfully. I'm sad my mom didn't buy me one when i was a kid now that they are cheap i'll have to see if anyone has one to sell. :)
I can pick up a 3000 psp for $25 should I?
A little late now but yes for sure you should.
Back here during COVID-19 for the memories of when we was free....
I just purchased a psp 3000 after not owning a psp in a long time... idk why I just love the design of the older models. It’s slightly nostalgic for me, haha. & It’s the perfect train companion.
will be forever bitter that I sold my god of war psp to gamestop to buy a carton of cigarettes when I was 16.
+billy ryan If I told you all the stuff I sold for cigarettes you would cry. One of the things on that list is my first car... It was a beautiful 2000 Pontiac Grand prix SE with the 3800... Made 240 horsepower, I loved that car.
+WeActOnImpulse Official But smoking makes you look so cool.
Zestypanda Not as cool as a car
WeActOnImpulse Official smoking meth gets the ladies.
+Zestypanda "yeah right"
I'm glad the PSP has physical media because when there is no support you can still play the games.
I quite like UMD's, they are cool little discs!
This aged poorly, most physical stores gone, UMD degradation and the rise of modded of PSP to download games
*****
Ohh. Well that explains things. Shame it doesnt make UMD's any less stupid and pointless.
*****
I've made mine into a portable Playstation 1. Was well worth the cheap price tag.
Yup. I've got a PS3 anyway, so i can just download stuff from PSN onto the console, and then move them over to the PSP.
I've been thinking about getting a 3000 model, should I go for it? I'm in the states by the way, so I won't be affected by the store shutdown…yet
You have to buy protection for the psp and take care of it to keep from getting scratches on it dude.. Scratches don't just magically pop up
Agreed
JGS Music one question game price
2018. I was going to buy Vita or this. Switch was out of the question as too expensive both in hardware and in software, plus its a bit too big to be considered trully portable. Vita has very few triple A titles.
I ended up buying a PSP and I absolutely love it. This device was lightyears ahead of its time.
Still to this day, NOTHING beats it in style and ease of use, when all you wanna do is pop in a game and play a few minutes wherever you are.
watching it while on my vita
dont miss this version of the psp....but i did have some good times with it
Too bad the PSP GO was a pile of Garbage. Lol.
It's good for emulation though, perfect placed dpad and buttons. Plus 14 GB stores ALOT of roms
***** Smaller screens don't stretch emulation and with a slightly smaller screen comes a higher ppi which means it looks slightly better.
Will English I do not buy games... I download them using Torrents and install them on my hacked PSP :)
i always thought the UMD was neat.I don't like digital downloads.
PSP is the greatest handheld ever. The UMDs are dope, everything about PSP is amazing. YES
I've never had any disc problems with my psp, EVER.
3000 I believe
i only had that problem when it wasnt updated and i have a 1000
lol thats probably because they system updated it
Butts Butts Well that's the newer model. They fixed the problems from the earlier ones.
I remember I had mine jail broken with free games and shit thanks to my brother it was cool as fuck with DBZ
+Erick Acosta Radular
+Erick Acosta yeah but if you like the game you should buy it... pirating is not good
Zan Getsu Aaarrrrrggghh, avast ye scurvy dog! Pirating is a noble profession and if ye disagree then a plank walk with thee!
Simon Harris
i ain't talkin' about those pirates mate! i be talkin' 'bout the "P1R4Tz"
Still have this bad
Boy
saksham khandelwal me too but it doesn't work anymore
;(
I have had absolutely no problems with my PSP. Even after all these years my PSP still plays like a dream.
Sometimes, I wish I bought the psp instead of the shitty ps vita...
Lol I know what you mean psp is so much better than crappy vita.
I don't know, I like my PSP and Vita equally. I can't live without either of them.
DuxDub Studios I respect that everyone like different things if you love it that's good each to there own.
+Paul Barnes I see where you're driving at with the PSP though. The only reason why I still play it is because I pirated a shit load of games on it. >:(
+Paul Barnes *>:)
PSPgo in 2023: Useless

You're winner.
TheMamaluigi300 A Winner is you!
Always wondered what the first music track in the background was, it gives me nostalgia for this internet era
I have been looking for that specific track for years :'( couldn't find it yet
This is the worst review ever. It's more of a personal review filled with opinions. Most of the problems you talk about most people have never had with the PSP unless you don't take care of it. The PSP is the most powerful handheld system of all time. period
Say that to the PSVita.
TheMamaluigi300 the ps vita doesn't have ears, so talking to it would be ridiculous
reduced fat ice cream is just denial for fat people you beat me to it!! LMAO!!!!
UMDs are SOOOO cheap now! A better option today than they were
I have had my PSP since 2008 and it still works flawlessly. its all about how you take care of it.
I much rather have it on UMD drive. I never had any trouble with UMD drive it still works great today
Still my favorite handheld of all time.
Good god, I thought it was one of the Lord Karnage's retro reviews... But actually this video is 7 years old
Never change, man
I've been playing on PSP since 2005 and I've never gotten the disc could not be read error across my PSP-1000 and PSP-3001 models.
Since it only has one joystick does it make it weird how you can't control the camera?
This is a shock! PSP did help me a lot to loose weight. I used PSP at the gym all the time to watch movies when I used the treadmill. Thanks for the nostalgia and the video.
I think what haunts the PSP is that it has only one joystick.
Where can I buy a brand new psp for a reasonable price? By reasonable I mean not over $200 lol
+richkawaiipikachu
If you want to be technical, it's not really pirating if you've already bought the game or have dumped the ROM yourself.
Santa Goomba Backups only legal if 2 conditions are meet.
1.) that the software are on Volatile storage device like floppies, not on non-volatile media like Optical Media.
Meaning that anything that likely to not last can legally be backuped.
2.) that it's copied directly from the original media, not stolen from the Web.
richkawaiipikachu
Last time I checked, I'm pretty sure Optical Media is a disc, not a cartridge.
And again, if you already own said media, it is legal for you to own a ROM of it. I don't know where you got this, but if you're in the US, then it isn't like that.
how did i forget about this channel so glad i found it again
I had this model. Crisp, brand new. Had several games and some UMD movies. Kept it scratch free and clean. When the second version of the xbox 360 released my friend had sold everything he previously had including his 360 pro to gamestop for it during their launch date special. Turns out he was $90 short. And he could not have any of his items back after selling them the previous day. The nice friend that I was, I let him sell my PSP to gamestop which was $120 in store. And I never saw compensation. I'm a good friend. And a dumb one. I miss it...
I used to own a PSP and ive never gotten the "The Disc could not be read"
not to mention you can load your games with CFW on the aux memory. better loading times, less battery usage, and less noise. CFW also adds emulators and POPS loading for the whole PS1 library!
I have had the PSP-1000 since release and i have never had a disc read error. Maybe its a problem with the PSP-3000.
Classic Game Room was one of my favorite channels back in the day! I miss these videos.
I love this guy so much.... makes me roar with laughter.
It's his sleepy voice and his ideas - what he comes out with that just cracks me up.
I never had any problems with my psp. Nearly 12 years old and still going strong.
I am playing Truxston on my PSP and I know that makes you happy :)
The Sony PSP
Should I get one now though?
Apart from downloading games from PSN store and transferring them to the PSP go. Is there any use for the PSP go nowadays?
I've bought a used PSP 3001 on a car boot sale 3 years ago, and the only problem I ever found with it was the battery life. But that didn't bother me that much. I love my PSP, and after selling my Nintendo DS lite (which was a huge mistake), I found that this is also an amazing portable.
should i get one?
Great review man. Do you think you will be doing a PS Vita review anytime soon?
If someone donates something it'll be reviewed pretty much.
Ok it was bothering me the whole time. you were complaining about the disk reading issue. But you were placing the UMD flat against the plastic back, when its built so it will be in the perfect spot when you place it losely in the tray towards the laser.
Favorite gaming system of all time. Enjoyed this console far more than any other, got me thru high school.
Now that the Vita has finally dropped in price, will you be getting one and reviewing it?
In 4:15, the notification title says "WHAT 'S NEW." Why did they put an extra space?
We are back here to remember this legend once again
can you copy your games in to the PSP or do you have to insert the UMD every time you want to play your games
I have a question does the model type matter to playing the playstation portable games?
