I bought this game and loved it for an entire day. Spent a whole day beating the career mode. The next day, I turned on the game and was like, "wow, I'm already bored of this." Overall, fun game, but not worth the money. I bought my copy with all the DLC too. I basically paid 80 bucks for a couple extra characters that I don't even use. I hope they update this game periodically, because right now it offers nothing outside the career mode.

jokes on you paying 20 bucks for the tag team champs that should be in base game.
Same way I felt after playing 2k22 for a week. I enjoyed 2k19 for years (still do). But that’s probably the last wrestling game I’ll get any mileage out of.
Not for me but I’m rooting for it to succeed out of spite. I’m done with 2k until they decide they want to make another wrestling game. Chain wrestling, Irish whips without locking up, promos, OMG moments that feel like you worked for it, remove combos and return back to directional simple/tap, strong/hold moves. I’m not holding my breath.
I went to my wife’s coworker’s house. They happen to love AEW. We just sat around eating Dominos and playing Mario Party so they probably love this game 😂
Glad i bought it for $27 using a employee discount at a retail store that shall remind nameless 🤫

This game is something that have been looking forward to, that said wasn't it the case the stillborn N64 WWF Backlash game was to feature HIAC so surprised by the lack of a Cage match? Also wonder to what degree AEW Fight Forever incorporates the extensive overhaul elements taken from the online mod community who have done some impressive things over the past few decades with the N64 derived games to enhance its replay value.
This look like it came out during ps3 and xbox 360. This isn't full price game, I'll wait when its free on psn.
I love AEW but also as a gamer i can tell the game isn't worth the full price of 60$, going to pick up for 20$-30$ on sale

The game is awesome I'm having a blast playing it I love the barbed wire explosive deathmatch and I also love the fact that you can have the female wrestlers face the male wrestlers and have male wrestlers fight for a women's title & vice versa though the creation suite is missing a few things and I love the Road to Elite mode

Correct. I remember in the other games you could interrupt moves in progress but not in the one.
That’s how I set up some rivalries in Universe. If someone breaks up a move and the guy taking the move lands on his head instead….boom..injury angle. Universe is pretty barebones but it can be fun if you use your imagination. Fight Forever needs something like Universe.
The minigames are hands down the biggest skidmarks on this game. They handle terribly and are ungodly dull. Everyone should be asking why these were included arguably at the expense of matches types or roster

I am so bored of this game and it only came out a few days ago. Honestly will never play this again, to glitchy and buggy for me to play the game with friends. Just about any fighting game not just WWE is more enjoyable to play. It's also the first sports game in 25 years to not have commentary
Why wouldn't i just go baack and play No Mercy? God does AEW suck.

If you like customisation then the wwe 2k games are for you. The wwe 2k games literally have the best customisation options in any game that’s ever been created.
I have no interest in this game. I'm only checking out the review because I've heard about it coming out for about 4 years. After all the hype this is what we see? So underwhelming.
