I took this train three years ago! I was in the green car rather than Gran class. Kanazawa was so lovely too. When the train cleaning staff left, they all faced the platform and bowed at the waiting passengers.

@@lydiaderhake2532 of course it is wonderful but it takes a significant amount of time to blend in with Japanese culture. I've not been there but my friend lives there and he kinda faced that problems. But the people were very polite and helpful so he's doing just find now.

I went to Japan and taught English for 2 years. If you want to visit Japan, I encourage you to try living there. It's so wonderful!
