- NOTE: AFTER 10 DAYS, OR EARLIER IF YOU PREFER, JUST SAUTE IT WITH GARLIC, ONION AND TOMATOES, AND LET IT SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 20-30 MINS. JUST ADD MORE COOKING OIL TO THE PAN, IF IT GETS DRY.

Isa na naman bagong recipe idol bagong bago sa akin ito idol. Sa amin may mroon kami naman maliliit na hipon at gamit. Tawag namin balaw balaw kulay pink tapos buro sa amin madalas gamitin dalag. Sarap pero itong hipon mukhang sobrang sarap din. Galing nitong burong hipon mo idol. Natakam ako sarap nyan sa mga pritong isda na sawsawan mga daing tuyo hahaha. Galing idol. Hahaha nalaglag rubber manira nga idol abangan ko yan idol parang yung balimbeng inaabangan ko harvest hahaha
Yan nga yung balaw balaw, ginamitan ko lang ng malalaking hipon...pero same same sya sa sarap!

Asneng kanyaman...mayumu yumu yang maslam......pero mabantut potang ferment me...anya salikut mule king garahe mu...hahaha

Oh....so alam mo rin pala tong buru....manyaman ya talaga my fren. Mas gusto ko kasi tong burung hipon kesa sa isda. Pero kung wala...love korin burung isda.....hahaha
@@may.africa uo both isda at hipon. Grabe napakatagal kona di nakakain niyan. Pero like ko hipon namn tapos igisa sa maraming bawang. Gulay lang katapat niyan kahit anu leafy veggies talbos kamote ,sitaw ,okra etc..

Its a Capampangan specialty my fren. Normally pang sawsawan sa prito or inihaw na isda and nilagang okra atbp.
Fren, after kung mabasa tong comment mo, doon ko lang nireview ang video...di nga pala naisama yung results after 10days! Eh na delete ko na yung mga videos ko..lagibkasing nag fufull memory tong cell ko...huhuhu

I learned something new today that shrimp can be also used in making buro aside from fish, this is my favorite delicacy from our hometown, now im craving. I will do this when I have time. It made me feel wanted to go home right away if only I can..heheheh napatawa mo na naman ako my dear, PANIRA NG MOMENT HAHAHA.

Yes it is, my dear, altho now a days they dont make this fermented shrimp but the fermented fish. It's a sauce for fried/grilled fish and boiled veggies
This remind me of my mom, who loved to make burong talangka, burong dalag from Pangpanga.
Oh,;l didnt know your Mom is a Capampangan my dear Menggay. I never tried burung talanka, kasi l had a bad experience with the talanka....hehehe
I never tried fermented shrimp ..maybe one day! I like your technique with cleaning your shrimp! I like to cut the tail too!
