    Tagilo is a local name for Burong Kapampangan’s, it is originated in the culinary capital of the Philippines, the province of Pampanga
    My version of BURONG HIPON
    Ingredients:
    shrimp
    garlic
    ginger (OPTIONAL)
    2 pcs onion
    3 pcs kamatis
    2 pcs siling labuyo ( optional)
    vetsin( optional)
    cooking oil
    2 1/2 tbsp salt (for preserving
    2 tbsp. of sugar
    1 tbsp. of vinegar
    3 cups of cooked rice
