Crazy asf that this brand is still shitty, my lock isnt broken, the censor just wont activate, been getting annoyed for the past 20-30 min tryna get it to work, i eventually gave up trying to do it myself cuz my mom has work so i scrolled through youtube, went thru about 30 vids (not helpful), then urs popped up and ofc its the one that worked, ong easiest and best method our there, even my 17 year old self will keep this in mind for life thanks to you, gon use this to help friends in da future, ty dawg

Can someone please help me!!!! I have almost the same issues with my washer. My washer is locked and won't unlock. I can't replace the piece because of the lock. My error code is f5- e3
@youcanfixthat8636 I did that left it unplug for a day. When I plug it up, the error codes come back up. I took it apart, but I can't get that piece off because it's locked.

So mine doesnt let me do anything but turn power on and i have to go into "mechanic mode" to find the code. F5 e1. Would this fix work for this too?

Solution? I manually moved the latch out and sprayed some air in the mechanism and it started working immediately!

Unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in
