@@CookingWithTheBlues You're way too modest, Daddy Jack! Your culinary repertoire encompasses much more than just recipes! Your techniques, your cooking, prep and communication skills are so much more much than just recipes. Thanks for the love you have for people and the art of cooking that shines through in every video you make.
Hey Daddy Jack, great to see you back! I liked this recipe because it shows us how to use leftovers to stretch our budgets without sacrificing flavor. Keep them recipes coming!
Dollop of sour cream on top. Love your videos, Daddy Jack! Thought of you today as I was showing off my culinary skills to hubby. He was truly impressed with my diced carrot technique that I learned from your videos! Keep up the wonderful work!
I miss the MAN so much! My grandchildren love this recipe every time I make it for our weekly family dinner! I’m making this for dinner tomorrow! I love it and will bless his memory every time I make it. Rest In Peace my friend.
Excellent recipe, I am a Texas and I approve this message. King Ranch Chicken Casserole is kind of like Mac and cheese, there are thousands of versions out there, so make it the way you like! I am going to try your version in the next couple of days.
I worked in the restaurant/catering business for 10 years after college and I must have heard the "never trust a skinny chef" a hundred times. They need to make room on Mount Rushmore for Daddy Jack. I have made over a dozen of his dishes -- pure heaven!
Jack, you exhibit your passion (look it up) comes through in every one of your posts, I wish I had found your channels years ago! As I have said, YOU have rekindled some of my lost love of cooking, I don’t think I would ever have the drive to do it as a living but as far as cooking for family and friends, you are a great “fire poker”! I’m gong to take this to my brother for dinner tomorrow! He is a great cook that says I am better than he is but, since his stroke, he can’t do much. His wife needs a bit of a break so, your gift of this recipe will be my respite for a night’s feast. Thanks, Tim
Wow! What a way to use leftover roast chicken or turkey! Duck and quail probably won’t happen around here but, this will go into rotation pretty soon, I’ve been cooking since I was ten and you have inspired me to get back to get more creative again!
Daddy jack and I stayed up all night, it's ok we both are retired. I wish. If Daddy jack and I worked together I'd take the pressure off my hero. Love you Daddy jack, I know you're cooking your dishes in heaven. Miss you brother . Neal RIP MY MAN
Daddy Jack, I wish You Lived down here in Greek Town USA Tarpon Springs Fl. You and I would open a Place to eat that would know a lot of folks socks off and stay busy 7 days a week. I never met or seen anyone I would feel good Cooking with You are the First and I am 45
Good to see your channel again chef 👩🍳 i love ❤️ all you do love ❤️ all your recipes I hope one day i get to know you in person. Say hi in your new video by the way im Evelin 😘🥰🥰
I say you start pumping out recipes again, even ones you already did on the last channel. Too many people don't know this new channel exists. There are almost 10x as many subscribers on the old channel as this one. You can make a comeback daddy Jack!
Chef Jack: quick ?, when you are cooking with Marsala, do you have a specific brand name marsala that you get at the liquor store that you prefer over others?? Is it dry or sweet? I have American CRIBARI CELLARS, and Italian FLORIO, which is a sweet but not too sweet. Your preference on a brand wine?
Daddy Jack, you make everything taste good. I gotta admit, I got worried when you pulled out those Doritos. I was gonna call these "Gringo Chilaquiles" but they came out looking quite amazing. Maybe add a little bit of avocado on that too. Delicious. And I LOVE your use of green onions. No doubt, I use green onions at least three times more than I used to because of watching you all these years. They add a great finish. Thanks Jack. Please keep it going.
Love your show. Allow me to make a gentle correction, the King Ranch has no connection or makes no claim to the recipe. No one really knows from where it came, but if anyone is interested there is a pretty good article about it in a past Texas monthly magazine, January 1989 posted on line.
Can't get enough. Jack is the Bob Ross of food.
Rest in peace Jack! I'm glad we have your timeless videos 👍🏿
Jack's the kind of guy who will be remembered and cherished by 1000's of people after he's gone. Hopefully not for another 50 years!

Good job on the video, Glenn. You're on your way.
