Thank you for the awesome video. I just tore this exact model apart, what a PITA. My thermal fuse is bad, I'm ordering one. I have no confidence that I could re-assemble this thing without your video. Thanks again. Wife is on her way to buy a new one.....at this point it's a challenge to see if I can get it back together. Thanks again, stay tuned!
Thanks for posting, video was very helpful. Only problem I had was with the fans and I couldn't separate the fuse connections which required a new connector.
How did you get the big plastic cowl off, after taking out the four top screws? The rest of this looks pretty clear, but on mine I can't even find places to start prying that piece - and it's still solidly attached with the screws out. Really appreciate the video; any help on this issue would be welcome :-)
I think the first guy to post a comment right after I put up the video said he was able get something in at the top and release the clips without breaking anything. Sorry for the slow reply,
@robrig1646 considering it went out, wouldn't turn on despite everything I tried before considering opening up? I think I have the same problem as yourself with your frier (I even have the exact same model!). I found the right thermal fuses you put in, I just need links to the crimps and heat shrinks so I can get myself back to frying fries and chicken patties ^^;
@@PongPogPonderan Heat shrink I got from work, I think I show the packaging the crimps came in on the video. Here's Amazon link. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0966MSZSV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is quite a project. Mine was fired after 13 months of use, of course, right after the manufacturer's warranty. Thank you!

I got my machine back together and it works! Your video was extremely helpful in re assembly, thank you!
I had this EXACT same thing happen this morning! Thank you for the video!
Thanks for the vid, with it I was able to use an Allen wrench to slide under the top cover and release the tabs.
Great tip! Hopefully others see your comment and figure out how to release the tabs with an Allen wrench like you did.
You are right on the money… great video
Good job.. Thank you ✌🏽
Great video , best advice is to at least take pics of the disassembly , I know to my chagrin my memory is bad after 2 days nevermind two weeks hahaha
Nice video .thank you
Great video, fixed my issue as well, thanks! 🤙🏻

Just saw the comment by Josh, said he slipped an Allen wrench in at the top to release the clips
My air fryer burnt out the other day. Do you have amazon links for the parts you purchased to repair?
Have you troubleshot the problem or are just guessing and throwing parts at it?
