    Thanks for the video. Can you set the coverage area? How do you ensure if doesn’t go out of bounds?

      We just put it down and let it go. The Jetbot Mop avoids carpet, stairs, furniture and objects, but does it's own pattern. It does come with a remote, but we don't use it. There isn't really a way to set a coverage area unless you box it in using chairs or something, or if you have carpet, it won't go onto that. Thanks for the comment!

      The remote helps it to move with some order, if you loose it, it still works, just not as organized. You can order a replacement remote here: www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

    It's so hard to remove the discs to refill water

      My wife said they are tough to pop off and I've helped her with them a couple times. I have to lift up on the edge pretty hard and they pop off. Thanks for the comment.
