Your videos are so much more thorough and explanatory than Adam's tech reviews. IDKY his pop up first but I scroll past them to watch yours instead. This video was helpful. TYSM.
Thank you for the compliment😊. I just try and just stick to the facts and make a clear presentation of features and function, so I'm glad that's helpful for folks!
Your review really helped me! I almost dismantled my unit looking for the water chambers, LOL! Thank you for your clear and concise review. Really helpful!
I like this design for it's cleaning ability. It's just too bad it uses "dumb" pathing instead of a more sophisticated algorithm like Irobot's lineup because it could easily outclean them otherwise.
@ReviewedByPhil Do you still have this bot? I recently found one 2nd hand, but there is no power adapter. Is there any way you could send me a close up photo of the specs on the input and output label of the adapter? Thanks
You can also try this adapter: everybot.global/products/everybot-charger-22-5v-1-25a-ac-adapter-for-three-spin-edge-rs300-ts300-robot-mop-cleaner-recharger As apparently the Samsung and Everybot robot mops are identical products.
Why do you say the JetBop may not work on "black" floors. We have a marble look black porcelain floor and are looking for a robo mop that won't streak.
They have sensors that can detect cliffs and edges so they don't fall off usually. So if your floor is black the camera might mistake the darkness for a drop off.
Don't get it, I bought this for $99 it was on sale, glad I didn't pay the $300+ this is on reg price. I have a UV light, I tried this and the robot vac, this one just moves dirt around. I would say this cleaned about 40% less than my braava by roomba.
🤔 The pads will pick up surface dirt and dust, but I suppose it's more of a rinse and shine. I've found it's not really designed for heavy soils or sticky messes.
I suppose if your room doesn't have cabinets, like a dining room or living room it would be okay. I agree, it's a huge oversight to make the product, so that it can't reach under cabinet edges!
no intelligent mapping, no scheduling, no virtual barriers, awkward water tanks with low capacities.......seems pretty terrible to be compared with modern offerings from Roborock etc. I am quite surprised Samsung put their name on this (it is after all just a re-badged Everybot Edge).
Have 1600 square feet of tile. The daily robot vacuum has a companion mop. A section of the house a day and it stays pretty clean. The less time behind a mop, the better the quality of your life.
Relax. It's just a metal bowl, so I can dilute the detergent without filling the sink all the way up. There are two sinks in this house: one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom, and the kitchen sink is bigger.
Looks like more effort than just mopping! :)
Thanks for the review
Was thinking of purchasing this but after watching this video I've changed my mind. Thank you for the thorough review. Thumbs up for you sir.
Just get a MI robot just best with lidar navigation
Excellent review. I just got one and couldn't figure out how to remove the water supply thing. Glad you covered that, too.

You are welcome!
I just realized what that brush was for from this video because it is not in the manual.
Can you get a replacement for the charging cord?

Great review of the product. Thank you!
can you put soap on the pads or spray soap on the floor?
Yes, I suppose you can. The manual only says not to load soap into the tanks.
Good review, vdo is Importance data
I got one on discount from Amazon, thank you Phil for helping me decide.
My robot stops working in the middle of cleaning what am I doing wrong ?
Hello I need a new charger, where can I get a goof replacement?
Hm, you may need to contact Samsung Support for that. I don't see it as a replacement part listed in the store on their website.

@@SparkyGecko That's not a problem. My main issue is with streaking.
thanks!
Do you feel like it just moves the dirt around or does it really clean?
Dont buy it, its terrible. You are better off buying a decent robot vac with mopping features.

Isn’t that what a mop does anyways, move dirty around ?
Seems like more trouble than it's worth.
good review bro keep up
Thanks!
How can it clean the floor without soap?
🤔 The pads will pick up surface dirt and dust, but I suppose it's more of a rinse and shine. I've found it's not really designed for heavy soils or sticky messes.
Why would you want this if it dont wash under cabinet edges? That's stupid.

I got two of these. We will mop forever, but this little robot wont stay that long in the market.
Is using a floor cleaner like pine sol a huge no?
@@superfluffs6844 you can. But always wash the pads with water and rinse them immediately leaving soap and chemicals in the pad will ruin them
So will you recommend this?
@@千曜七七 I ended up buying one I love it! It cleans so well!
@@superfluffs6844 thanx;)
Hello! I want to cooperate with you, but I can't find your contact information.
Sure, you can reach out to me at connect@reviewedbyphil.com
Looks like a Samsung fail. kudos for trying though. hope to see an improved model

I didn't expect it to bump that much, it bumps a lot and I don't even have a lot of furniture...
seems awful, i would not get one
Looks TERRIBLE. Thanks for saving me $125
Slickdeals?
I tell you what people are getting so lazy these days I'm all about technology but mop ya damn floor people dang
Yeah , when you get to be 70 and have bad knees and hips, you have a great time mopping your floors by hand.

Why is this dude washing the pads in a cooking pan and in the kitchen sink? WTF!

Lol first off it's not a "cooking pan", second why not the kitchen sink. What an idiotic comment 🤣 🤣
