Wow. It's wonderfull that it exist! Fantastic. Thanks a lot for the review. I saw an add, but didn't quite belive it could be good. :) I am surprise by the affordability of this marvel! :)
I am trying to put my order in for a robo-vac before cyber Monday ends. Your review helped a lot! I was leaning to it, because it is now on sale for $499. However, when you say the mapping falls short, and the mop heads going bad quickly, I see a regular bi-monthly bill to Nawal. Not to mention, I can't select the cleaning solution....Changed my mind....Going to look at the Roborock. Thanks!
seems like a very honest review. All other reviews about this product is paid or does not talk about any real cons. I have S7+, best robot and app ever. Thinking of getting this but my question is, can this robot vaccum and mop at the same time. I know it can do hard floors. but Say you want to vaccum/mop hard floors but then go to a room with carpet and vaccum there? or do u have to intervene and remove the mop pads before it goes to the room?
Thank you for your kind words 🙌 ☺ when it comes to mopping - the vacuum detects the carpet and lifts the mopping pads so you don't need to do anything!
That's interesting to know! Since testing the Narwal, I've discovered other robot vacuums that come at a better price and require less maintenance. But it's great to hear you found an option that suits your needs and preferences. Thanks for sharing your perspective! 😊
It seems that the robot can only save one map at a time. So, if you want to clean different floors, you'll need to move the base station and the robot upstairs. However, keep in mind that after moving the base station, the map will need to be rebuilt. I hope this information helps!
Actually it does. On the tray on each side are a hole. Put a finger in both sides at same time and pull out. Tray will slide right out for cleaning. If you go to the support section on their website, it has videos on how to remove the tray in the cleaning parts maintenance video. And they have a no wrap floor brush now as well… check it out ):
Regarding the pads,.. wash the floors, right before doing laundry..then toss them in as soon as its done mopping..this way thwy get clean, without the pads arent cleaned as intensely, yet still get clean..
For anyone watching and wondering about buying the Narwal Freo X Ultra or not, the one in this video is the Freo, not the Freo X Ultra.
Yes just like the title states :)
Would you say this is better as a mop compared to the q revo? What would you recommend?

@@JuliaCaban thank you.
Thanks for the awesome review 👏🤗
Thank you for watching! 😊
What detergent were you using in your video, or which one do you recommend that smells really good and cleans well?
Are you asking about the one that came with the vacuum? I linked it in the description:)
i have narwal t10, ive been using it for 2 years now, the pads lasts 5 months, you have to do basic maintenance every week, that's understandable

@@JuliaCaban Which ones? I'm looking for a replacement for my Irobot 980.
Could we just fill the narval detergent with ours ? Like make a hole in the back and fill ?
Unfortunately, it's not an option - you gotta replace the whole bottle :(
Could you move the home base to a second floor, so you don’t have to buy two units?

What if you have different levels on your house can you have different layouts in the app
I would double check on their website just to be sure since I haven’t test that function
Does it work without detergent?
yes, you can remove it
Why did you not remove the charge tray to clean it, it is easy to remove to clean the base and the scrub screen.
You can’t remove it to clean unfortunately
I am installing the Narwal app. I am being asked for the Verification Code. Where do I get the verification code?

people would get upset I wash mopping pads with my kitchen towels 😜 haha
@@JuliaCaban whatever works! 😀

Testing it now!🤞🥰
@@JuliaCaban I wonder what you think of it
@@JuliaCaban better ?
