This serum is actually one of the best I have tested from liittlextrra rice berry. I've been using it for over 3 months now, and it has not once caused my skin irritating. I like to place it on slightly wet skin after cleansing my face, then put on rice berry moisturizer. After that, I apply a few drops of primrose oil on top to retain my skin from becoming dry. This process functions really well for me. All in all, this serum has gone beyond what I anticipated, and I believe it's great for anyone who desires to take care of dry skin, dark spots, and signs of aging.
The is an fantastic vitamin c serum; it helps to improve the glow the face, texture, breakouts, dark circles, uneven skin tone, wrinkles, black heads, sun exposure. It is truly awesome. A perfect score of 10 to the riceberry vitamin c serum from my side.
Hey there! I have been using this product for a month now and I can confirm that this product is great for dry/medium skin!😊 Also, I do have a sensitive skin, but I didn't notice any problem with irritation. I would say that I do usually avoid fragrance and alcohol as it can cause my skin the be itchy and irritated, but the ones inside this product didn't do anything like that. So there it is just wanted to share my experience for people who might have this type of skin!😊
My first bottle turned orange after 3 weeks, but I liked the effects of the product. My second bottle came in a kit that included a 10 ml bottle sample. I'm keeping it in the fridge and dividing the 30 ml bottle by pouring it into the smaller bottle. The big bottle will only be opened 3 times. I'm almost a month in and no oxidation yet!
I don’t believe La Roche would put alcohol and fragrance in the formula if it was actually going to be problematic. Their whole brand is based on the fact it is for sensitive skin. The drying effect of Alcohol can be offset with other ingredients. I would say your irritation is based on the L Ascorbic acid. I wish La Roche and L’Oréal would address their use of Alcohol in skincare because we all have so may questions.
I have been using LRP Vit C since April. It has been 4 months and I love it! Nothing sort of amazing. I have sensitive and acne prone skin. Ever since I used it, my face became so radiant and everyone started asking me what I did to my skin! I agree the only cons is the orangey colour it left on my clothes. And if you use it daily on your face and neck, you can definitely finish it within 2 months. So I think the way you apply and use might not be right. Also LRP range is targeted at sensitive skin. I am sure alcohol is added to the serum for a reason. Plus LRP and Skinceiticeuls are from the same company and lab - I am pretty sure they share the same formulation at certain stages. My POV.
@@isabelle448 why need alcohol denat when it contain salicylic acid in their formulation. Salicylic acid acts as exfoliator so it can help ascorbic acid to penetrates easier the skin.
It Leave stains on my pillow case. Mine oxidized already after 3 months. Despite using it 2x daily It's impossible to finish the entire bottle within 2 months.
I feel the same way as you! It leaves my skin red, I could not notice any change in my skin, it produces a lot of oil on my skin and I always look tanned! It hurts because I just bought it and it is not very cheap. It was a disappointment for me as it has very good reviews.
I wish I would’ve watched this before purchasing, the product is very thick and has a latex smell which I did not like. I also didn’t like the feeling. Being Asian we have sort of oily skin , this felt very uncomfortable. Do you recommend any serums that are more water based in consistency and for oily skin?
If you are looking for a Vitamin C serum, you can try Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic, or if you have the budget you can go for Skin Ceutical CE ferulic Acid serum. I am in the process of trying different kinds of Vitamin C serum. Hopefully, I can release that video soon...
I have sensitive skin and La Roche-Posay is one of my go to brands but this product made me break out and also made my skin feel dry/irritated. Three uses and I was done. I've fought too hard for my skin barrier to damage it after two drops of this.
I have rosacea..so I was surprised the fragance was so strong...I do like their body products..so I wanted to try the face products..I just got my box of my items..so i will see how well it works? I have dry skin...so i will see if these products helps my skin. The skinceutils C E ..is great on my skin..I bought it a few months ago..and it started to oxide after 4 months..
The product works great for me. If you keep it in the fridge, you won't have to go through it so quickly. By the way, I'm trying to find the difference between the eye products of La Roche Posay; there are so many, but I don't know the main differences. For example there is R for Retinol and C for vitamin c eye cream; but I don't know which one is better or if I can use the C one with C serum on the same routine (maybe they shouldn't touch? I don't know). So if there is a chance, I'd like to learn about them.
Thank you! I'd love to see your vitamin c serum test video! I have a similar skin type but slightly more dry and would love to see what works for you! I can't use any direct ascorbic acid right now due to sensitive skin but I'm always looking out for one that might work since it has so many benefits over the derivatives I use
I’m never buying this serum again. Super disappointing. Hate the added fragrance, the gooey texture, and the messiness of the poor design of the applier. For that price there are way better options out there.
I just bought this last weekend and used it all week without any issue...until today! I wore it under makeup and was outside under bright sun. My face looked orangey. Now I know why! Ugh

I was excited to try it until I use it on my face :P
My face is so oil when applying this product on, and my skin is getting dark
Fragrance and drying alcohol in a serum is a big no no for me 😬

I'm using this serum about 5 years....really Good for oily skin🥰🥰
Wow awesome, can you tell me it can vanish the old acne mark?

Hello Have you tried Dear Klairs vitamin C serum? Can you give me true review for it if possible please???

What vitamin c serum do you recommend them? For acne prone skin in particular.
It leaves my under eyes skin red, very irritated.

Nice
Hello I have been using la Rocha for a few months now. My doctor recommended it to me this will be my first time using the vitamin c serum.from them.
The brand itself is a great brand. They have a lot of amazing products. Share with me how did you find the serums :)
I just bought this last weekend and used it all week without any issue...until today! I wore it under makeup and was outside under bright sun. My face looked orangey. Now I know why! Ugh
@@skincareli I didn't like it at all. The brand contains too much fragrance and it didn't suit my skin type.
it does not work.
