    Great video! While doing the Frog Stretch, thrust forward and back to improve hip flexion. Can be done at the park. 😂😂😂

    I'm 66 male loosing muscle mass... Ty for any suggestions , I definitely needed this video 👍

    can i do push up with bicupied heart...as my dr said its healthy and not having any issues so far
