    If you are stiff in the morning or need to mobilise your joints before a strength workout, then this short floor routine will be ideal for you. It should be suitable for most health conditions but as always, don't move into pain and check with your doctor first if you are unsure whether it's suitable for you.

    Found your channel just recently. Excellent! Please can we have more BP workouts or advise what workouts are good to combine to make them up ourselves ? But really enjoyed the workouts 🙌🙌

      @@ExerciseForHealth brilliant , thanks 😊 I’ve been so consistent and I’m really enjoying the workouts. They are space friendly and yet I feel like I’ve had a great workout. I have realised longevity is key and I’m v. Mindful of reducing injury 👍

    Are these safe to do after hip replacement ?

      Yes maybe, just go to your range of movement without forcing it. There are a lot of hip rotation ones, so be really careful especially with the 90/90 one as this might aggravate it. If you're not sure, check with your physical therapist first.
