OK, let’s get this straight, Fish is fishy if you don’t want fishy taste in fish, buy a steak or a pork chop, I am a lifelong fisherman. I eat fish because I love the taste of fish. Go figure!!

The fish should wake up and pay you for this much massage and even brushing its teeth. This fish looks amazing.

Wil your n😊ail polish get into the fish with vinegar used?

I don’t think so ,it’s not strong enough to remove nail polish, good point 😀
If you’re worry you can use gloves. There is an article online about it 😊labmuffin.com/fact-check-feature-can-you-remove-nail-polish-with-vinegar-and-lemon-juice/

I know this is her method and the fish comes out nicely in the end however, there is ZERO REASON TO USE ALUM (unless you are using old fish, and not even then). Nor is there a need to use the vinegar or salt in that manner, but the latter 2 can actually enhance the flavor. Alum leaves a bitter flavor but if you then wash it with vinegar and salt you will likely mitigate that to a great extent. Alum not really good for you and imparts a very bitter aftertaste on food. It's use was a dated method to remove slime from fish that produce a lot of slime (catfish+) that you might want to cook whole or leave the skin on. However, vinegar or even better lemon juice (any citric acid) will do just as good a job without alum. All the above methods are unnecessary on almost all fresh fish you get. I do use vinegar, salt and sugar to prepare some of the fish I am going to serve raw or for nigiri, sashimi or maki. To be clear, I'm not doing it to reduce sliminess or fishy smell, but for flavor and texture. Also, pompano is a very clean light and tasty saltwater fish that is not slimy, strong tasting or muddy in flavor. If you don't like fish, it the one you would probably find acceptable if not like. She didn't show her fin trimming method her before washing and preparing the fish. Let me say, you simply shouldn't ever have to clean fish like that, but perhaps I have the benefit of access fresh fish and or properly stored quality fish.

I've cleaned and gutted a lot of fish (spot, pampano, trout, etc). No need for alum. Just scale it and rinse it well. Pampano does not have a strong fishy smell. You probably picked the less smelling fish for your videos.

I live near Pensacola fl where pompano fish is so plentiful if you catch them yourself. If you buy them here in this area at a fish market you will pay an arm and a leg so so expensive

I thought she was going to use chlorine at the end. That vinegar has changed fish's natural flavor, especially pompano meat's sweetness, and made it acidic. This is how squeamish Westerners who have limited access to seafood do it.
