- FISH AND CHIPS
1 kilo fish fillet
2 kilos large potatoes, washed but leave skin on
Beer batter:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 cups beer
Pinch of paprika powder
Pinch of chicken or beef powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Tartar sauce:
(Note: all ingredients must be cold)
2 cups mayonnaise
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ cup minced red onions
2 tablespoons pickle relish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Fish and Chips always a favourite when it's Friday here in UK 🇬🇧. Potatoes are freshly cut and fried. Chef RV, thank you so much for this video. I am sure lots of our kababayans would love to try this recipe. We normally drizzle it with malt vinegar, sidedishes, mushy peas or curry sauce. At current price £9 to 12 for large portion. Depending on where you are. I am now recovering from my operation and Chef RV never fail to make me laugh. Without him I am truly dead bored at home. LOVE from Derbyshire, East Midlands, UK.
