During the winter months try not to set heat to high, since it might over heat ceiling projector due to heat collecting in ceiling. 😃

You gotta paint the ceiling and those walls FLAT Black! Also the Carpet really should have been a darker color as well...Even better would be flat black wall and a black sound deadening curtain on the wall behind the screen..You can also add more seating by putting another couch behind the one ya got on a platform, added bonus is you can stuff the platform with subwoofers for added affects, use rope lights like in actual theaters instead of turning on the overhead lights, so your eyes adjust to the dark for that added brightness of the screen.

You should add some movie posters on the wall under the projector. You know the kind they would show at a theater. Would be a nice touch.
I agree three or four inexpensive framed movie posters. I know you can get the frames easy at a music record shop. You could even backlight them with inexpensive light strips.
Great choice for a projector. Best bang for buck in the industry IMO. You can make custom acoustic treatments for very cheap, and would make the room look and sound great. Also, you need to get that center up off the floor and as high as possible!
If you're going to spend some money on something, get a bigger subwoofer. In fact, you can get a 15" Klipsch sub on Adorama right not now for $399 shipped. Nothing will impact your experience more than a capable subwoofer or two. What you have ain't it. ;)

Hi! Nice setup, the only thing I'd change is a stand to get center channel up off the floor and near ear height.
Great space. You might need some sound treatment and ventilation for your equipment. Plus darker paint on the front wall and ceiling. Other than that it is really nice.
Throw that center channel on a stand just under the bottom of the screen.
The higher the frequency of sound the more directional it is.
You want your highs and dialogue as close to ear height as possible.
The lower frequencies, bass, is more Omnidirectional.
You can test your bass for dead spots by putting the sub in your seating position and then moving your head to different locations around the floor.
Where it sounds best is probably the best location for the sub.
Also, adding a second sub (or more) eliminates dead spots and can fill in the low sound effects better by not making the one sub work as hard.
Can get more air movement before reaching the point of breaking up/distortion.
And the subs won’t have to work as hard to get to the desired bass level as a single sub.
Logitech z906 5.1 is a great little system for the money. I got the z623 2.1 for my PC.
Very nice! When you get older, you'll probably swap the modular over to recliners.

Your house is looking sick! So many go out and spend top $ on a house that is modern and ready to go. I bought a outdated house and within two years updated it to a modern look also. Its not hard but saves alot of $. Nice home theater CC!

@@CycleCruza tell me about it I run a lawn care landscape business and I feel the hit of inflation everyday! Especially when filling up at the pump. To fill up the truck two zero turn mowers and 3 gas cans close to. $300 and that's once a week sometimes twice a week if I get more things on the side I wasn't expecting to get.

I'm not sure how they do today, but the projectors used to have longevity issues with their bulbs. If I remember correctly, some of them only got 6,000 to 7,000 hours.

Paint the walls and ceiling darker brother and more subwoofers. I would recommend monolith. Best bang for your buck.
It looks nice congrats the best option for seating. I have a couch too, to me is more comfortable and more when I watching movies with my family.

Absolutely love your video and your concept. It seems like everyone is getting into an arms race to see who can have the most expensive home theater equipment as if this is a requirement for good home theater. My home theater is similar to yours with what most would consider budget but they both give an awesome home theater experience. I have the Epson 5040 and still get jaw dropping expressions from visitors and your Epson projector is the next above mine so I know you are rocking the experience. I hope people will understand your budget concept so they can realize how good the experience is at home. Getting too dangerous to go to movie theaters anyway. Keep up the good work.
CC great job. (I noticed over the years how outdated your home interior was for the style of house u have.) Get those speakers off the ground (spikes. Mounts whatever) the sound will improve greatly. Speaker placement is a big deal. Can make crap sound okay and great speakers sound meh. Height and toe in or out. Sub placement. Ect. You can only do so much in certain rooms tho. So I get it. I was big into sound for a lot of years. Consulted for and set up alot of people's home systems over the years..
For the money Klipsch and Polk are my favorites. Yamaha is a solid receiver brand for basic HT. I always preferred HK but reliability isn't there.
I still have all my stuff I don't use it tho. I went back to high end two channel stereo setup with a 12 inch sub. Separates sunfire amp outlaw preamp .

Also add a Popcorn machine, and a small concession stand fir your Popcorn machine, and snacks!

My living room kinda looks similar to this room just dont have a projector i have a 85inch samsung tv. My wife got curtains that are black out the slide open and close from your phone
Nice theater start. You will probably change screen to opposite wall, just use longer wires if needed and get creative.

You really messed up putting your screen on the WRONG WALL!
You should have put your screen on the wall where your project is, so you could have "CENTERED" the screen, then hang your projector on the opposite wall? That way, your door is not in the way of your screen!
Also, you needa paint that room Flat Dark Gray , or Flat Black, you will be shocked at the difference it makes?
I worked and saved for 2 years to build my home theater, and I put an Arcade in my house too, so adding the games is a great idea, brother!

Well dang, that is nice, I could eat off that carpet, like if they had Orville Redenbacher pour over cheddar popcorn it would make a real mess, so we know why you're not fat, no place for the coke or popcorn. Cats, never get one, freaking things, I put up some carpet on the side of a bookcase, thinking they will go for that, they still go to the sectional when I'm not looking, got to get some fancy citrus stuff or something.

That sofa is awesome. I bought one two years ago and it still looks like new. These days they are almost double the price but most things are from two years ago.

That's still money. Speaking of, I gave up in trying to save for my dream bike...........sort of. I'm still saving. I just can't wait, i miss riding a real motorcycle. So Tomorrow I'm getting me a used bike. Funniest thing is, it's the same bike that I lost in the accident, but only couple CC bigger. I didn't want to get the same bike but it was a cheap deal. Plus I still have some money To save further into the future? For my dream bike later on. But at least I get to ride while I'm waiting.

Hey y’all I have my top 8 favorite motorcycles for me the zx4rr and zx6rr and cbr650r and ninja 650 and mt07 and z650 and cb650r and sv 650 can y’all help me pick can y’all name the top 3 I should get thank y’all
For a new rider I would recommend the Ninja 400 and then move up to a Mt07 or Ninja 650, or any of the 650's you listed, all great bikes. The Ninja 400 is the gold standard for a new rider and it is a great bike and good looking too. Best of luck with whatever you do, just make sure to wear the full gear including an airbag vest.
