Fuso Canter 4x4 Fridge Box Campervan - "Saving the Chassis" [S2:EP3]

We are building a Fuso Canter 4x4 Overland Campervan using an ex-council tipper and a repurposed Sainsbury's Composite Fridgebox. In this episode we clean up the corrosion on the chassis and continue the preparation on the box. We finally get to see how the box will look with a test mount on the chassis.

Really nice video mate, strong ASMR vibes. I had no idea that they had decals on the roof - why oh why? Great work on the diff and chassis, very good attention to the little details. The wheels though… what a pain! Must have felt nice seeing it on there

I felt your pain! Our Canter was a snow plough so the chassis clean up was the same if not more time consuming. Had the same problem getting our duals off too - the inner nuts were reasonably easy but the inner and outer nuts wouldnt fully separate, so the wheels had to come off as pairs!
