- Cactus Jack Returns to the channel with new Ariocarpus cultivars and a 2nd greenhouse, its been a while since we linked up and I’ve been picking his brain about the app ‘palmstreet’ ( plantstory) and have been curious about his thoughts using it, he has expanded his sales inventory essentially due to the increased demand on the palmstreet app. This peeked my interest as I’ve recently begun doing monthly live auctions on instagram and have been thinking about testing the waters with this new platform. We tour both of Jacks cactus and succulent greenhouses in todays episode as well as hop onto the app to do an impromptu sale. I am impressed with the features that streamline the process making for a cleaner and more user friendly experience for shoppers and vendors alike. I am gonna test it out and hope to see yall over there. As per usual jack shares some of his mind bending cultivars in this expanded 2nd collaboration between us. That guy has AWESOME plants !!! I'm with you on the variegated ones. As a rule they are not my teacup. But every so often one really speaks to me.
Often times I noticed that variegated plants tend to look a little sickly, although I do like a nice variegated Agave or some of the gymnos that variegate orange.

I will never own anything like this of all the collections ive seen on the internet this is the collection id want and that includes the insane thai and japanese and arizona greenhouses that have insane plants in their own right . These plants all (i know hunter a few are hiding in the garbage somewhere,🙃) HEALTHY looking hes not just a great collector but amazing grower .WOW

The plant at 11:23 is Gerrardanthus macrorhizus. It fattens very fast and loves water more like a tropical plant than a succulent.

I didn't know this guy was thorn oasis. I got a killer ubelmannia and an amazing euphorbia piscadermis from him. I'm amazed. Lol. Shout out to him. They are two of my favorites. Shout out to Hunter too. Love the vids!!

It’s definitely a great app, it’s what kicked my casual collecting into an addiction. There was only a couple cactus and succulent vendors when I started, good to see more jumping on.

Hi, you need to SPELL the names of these cultivars , I cannot get the name of the cultivar of the outer limits monstrose form he is talking about. I have NEVER seen anything like these cultivars ANYWHERE. Incredible. Outer Limits of ariocarpus and friends.
They are amazing, truly. But I could not enjoy getting long-term close up and personal with anything but hard grown Ariocarpi.

on the last Instagram story, I won an auction with a buyer, and the buyer accidentally messaged someone else as the winner. that person who didn't win took the opportunity, paid, and got it shipped. I'm pretty sure that won't happen if you use the app. It wasn't as controversial as the doctor's prickly mofo cacti head-to-head issue, but it can possibly help with the viewers claiming winners
