Wonderful look at the collection, Summer & Sander. Thanks to Justin, Caroline, and crew for taking such excellent care of this treasure. For my orchidkeeping and orchid obsessed self, this is your best video to date.
Hello, Summer Rayne, I can not thank you enough for yet another wonderful orchid tour video. Orchids are my absolute favorite genus, and it's wonderful to see that I have some of the same Orchids that the Smithsonian has. 😊. Thank you again. ❤❤❤
Hey Rick! Wow all your orchids are looking awesome! 👏🏻 I’m so happy to hear you say that it’s ok to water and spray in the evening. Sometimes you hear all these “rules” that make you nervous. I’m learning that sometimes you need break rules and experiment and you’ll see that your orchids are strong! Also I love growing in lava rock here in S. Florida. Can’t wait to hear more from you and Jan! 😊
Thank you to all involved for this WONDERFUL video. Such infectious enthusiasm for the orchids. Fascinating and inspiring. That Bulbophyllum fletcherianum! Magnificent.
Such a FASCINATING episode! I am knee-deep in orchid collecting. A small collection: fueled by a local orchid shop in NorCal. I love all the orchid episodes the channel produced these past couple of months! Thanks Summer and Company
Dear Summer, thanks very much for making these orchid house videos! I really enjoy your orchid videos, though you say you're not an orchid guru but you know enough to keep the conversation going well! I'm so excited for the South American, Costa Ricka orchid videos to come. Thanks for sharing and happy growing 😊
lucky duck! that is my absolute dream job & my what a beautiful garden, predicated upon the air & conservation in life's most beautifully tangible & expressive way of all.
This was another great episode! Very, very interesting. Since I don't have a greenhouse, I will take my sweet time to figure out what would find my living room an acceptable living environment, before just buying something.. Ideally, I would like to see my 2 Platycerium thrive first, with nice green shield fronts :)
At 23:40 the horticulturalist pulls out the plant label that is embossed or debossed metal. How was that metal label made? What is the name of the machine used?
thats such a nice orchid collection! But its very hard to watch the entire one hour video because the guy is soooo annoying and over expressing every sentence, ugh...
It’s special seeing two passionate people talking about things they love 💚
Great video. I've been behind the scenes at Kew with the orchids but the resources here are next level. Thanks for sharing.
