Once when I played half life 2 the part with Lazlo i literally calculated exactly when the antlions would come out and threw a grenades' and I had tried hundreds of times to save Poor Lazlo.
I will never understand why his death hurts so much, he was literally any soldier, only with a mask, it is not that he has very memorable moments or even talks a lot xd
Also, maybe one of the reasons Ghost is loved because we were kids back then when we played Cod. And we see him as cool and mysterious dude with skull imprinted on his ski mask. We boys, now men, likes the concept of cool. Maybe that's the reason why he is also iconic
What’s even sadder is that most of these deaths feel like they could have been avoided. Ex. Farid waiting like 5 seconds more, Delta Team walking back as the helicopter was taking off, Price warning Roach and Ghost earlier, etc…
The saddest one is Price, he lost his entire crew and most people think killing makarov is a good ending, not realising that Price lost everything, his team, his friends, in this case, revenge did not make him feel better, killing makarov did not bring back roach, ghost, soap..sandman or grinch.
Black Ops was the first Call of Duty that I've played, so Mason is my favorite character. The fact that you can shoot at the leg makes me happy. Also Harper can still alive if you try shoot at Menendez, but Farid dies.
Man. Watching Turner’s death again hits harder than I thought it would. Even before getting shot saying “I got you son” you could tell how much he cared for his men, which hit even harder.
Facts. Also, it isn't that action movie like death were he goes beast mode and kills 50 nazis before going down. He gets up, shots basically just one bad guy and then he is shot, looks at his men and then he's shot dead and we see his empty body laying on the ground, under the rain while all the german soldiers are just running past him. If your talking about the multiplayer your right it sucks but the campaign was one of the hardest to beat on veteran too because you have to get heals to heal your character and on “the rhine” you don’t have zussman you can’t heal and you have more enemy’s and damage gets delt to you more and you only get zussmams ability after the beach siege and when your in the trenches. So yes the campaign is awesome.

You literally control your friend to see their suicide to finish a war And not to mention the audio logs you listen to in the credits Their final words all shown while you sit looking at what just happened I.. Pierson says it too.
7:24 One thing that always gets me about this scene is that Hudson was hesitant as hell thinking about his family and how it can’t be him but AS SOON as that SPAS was pumped he immediately wanted to be the one who dies instead of Woods or David, Hudson may not be one of the COD Characters everyone talks about but he’s a damn good one with this scene alone
While I feel he was unfortunately leveled down in BO2 character wise, he was a formal yet utter badass. The way he introduces himself to other characters like Woods and Bowman feels so formal and scripted, unlike Woods and Bowman who’re the opposite. Yet that doesn’t imply he’s not capable of getting his hands dirty in some unethical ways like how he interrogated Mason.
I actually cried at Joseph’s death. He risked his life many times for his troops and even tried to disobey Pierson just to help. Asking for casualties to know how many of his people are hurt all because of pierson’s bad calls. I really wish he stayed with us.

The final Words of ghost "NO!" Simon "Ghost" Riley 1992-2016
Ghost said noo

I think ghost was so loved because you did almost every mission as roach with him.
Also, maybe one of the reasons Ghost is loved because we were kids back then when we played Cod. And we see him as cool and mysterious dude with skull imprinted on his ski mask. We boys, now men, likes the concept of cool. Maybe that's the reason why he is also iconic
The title: "Sacrifices"
The actual video: Mostly betrayals

Cod is just so realistic...
@@codmnoobeezjamesbrenthkyle5369 they never said it was
Yup
What’s even sadder is that most of these deaths feel like they could have been avoided. Ex. Farid waiting like 5 seconds more, Delta Team walking back as the helicopter was taking off, Price warning Roach and Ghost earlier, etc…
Price watched all his friends die. Gaz, Soap, Yuri, Ghost, Roach, Alex, Sandman, Truck, Grinch, Griggs list continues

The saddest one is Price, he lost his entire crew and most people think killing makarov is a good ending, not realising that Price lost everything, his team, his friends, in this case, revenge did not make him feel better, killing makarov did not bring back roach, ghost, soap..sandman or grinch.
but no ne has to worry about him anymore
I wish that in call of duty modern warfare 3 you have a choice to save or leave your team If I had the choice it would be to die along side them

So sad yet so realistic
@@snoopierewe1948 dont forget no sacrifice to great no mission to difficult welcome to the bloody first turner helped you on. D day. He was a true blue first divison sergent
@@corgigaming1567 the best thing ww2 did was that it mixed the grind house world war 2 action that the classic cod games did and merged it with a story of brotherhood and emotion
@@Chuked the campaign or multiplayer because if your talking about campaign your wrong it has great graphics it feels realistic and has real elements too it.
On me it does

7:24 One thing that always gets me about this scene is that Hudson was hesitant as hell thinking about his family and how it can’t be him but AS SOON as that SPAS was pumped he immediately wanted to be the one who dies instead of Woods or David, Hudson may not be one of the COD Characters everyone talks about but he’s a damn good one with this scene alone
He was a fu*king ice used but that's why I liked him-Alex Mason
Hudson was an amazing character too bad he died like that
Nobody talks about him because he was a double agent... The "mole" in the CIA they talked about in BO2
Hudson is my favorite in all of call of duty, he was great in black ops 1, it's a shame they changed voice actors though I still liked him.
