Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a 2019 first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. Serving as the sixteenth overall installment in the Call of Duty series, as well as a reboot of the Modern Warfare sub-series
The campaign, a direct sequel to the record-breaking Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, sees Captain Price and Task Force 141 face off against ultranationalist war criminal Vladimir Makarov as he extends his grasp across the world.

Ghost should be the main protagonist in MW4. He's well written and we never explored his past in the games, so perhaps, someone comes back from his past and becomes a villain? Set the game after MW3 where Ghost is hunting Makarov along with Price, Gaz and possibly Roach. In MW4, ghost tracks down an old enemy he could never eliminate that seems to be working alongside Makarov.
Setting MW4 largely in Australia may be a good option as we've never been there in the MW series and can play into Ghost's personal style of hunting enemies, where literally the animals are trying to kill you as well.

I personally think they need to continue with the story of Ghost dying. Ghost living on wouldn't be as poetic. It would just show how scared Activision is on killing their main characters. Like hell, there's already rumors that Soap might've lived.
@@zHoody Activision is scared of anything that might hurt their bottom line. Ghost sells, story doesn't. Regardless of the fact that real fans want their stories to have actual weight and consequences.

Personally, I think that the Ghost of the reboot was born in 1986, neither very young nor very old, Also from what I understand that is the average age of an experienced member of the SAS
Well I was born in 86 and spent a number of years in Regiment, if you know what that is. I was the old man in my Batt. 38 is pretty far past your prime. No amount of experience can make up for shot joints and slowed reaction time.

Maybe you should try Kate Laswell (who changed her name after she was caught trying to take down a child who had a control chip and was named Alice hint hint) and other people like Alejandro, or even more organizations like Specgru, Kortac and what they mean especially since Valeria is in Kortac and so is Makarov
That would make sense. Maybe Kate needed a name change after some incident involving some family members of hers. And even some enemies would discover her real identity and needed a true agent name. To cover her tracks

I think MW 4 and COD ghosts can finally be linked to end all of this... cause the ghost franchise is siting like a chicken with no ending..... makarov can be liked with the Mexican cartel and the birth of ghosts. we can get to see how ghosts were really created and also get to see a ghost 2 in which they will get to end this story once in for all.

I'm going to be honest, because of how MWII didn't really develop its characters that well aside from a few characters, I didn't really like Ghost all that much. I found him to be kind of an a**hole and his agreement that the team must work together came off as him trying to save his butt from a mistake he made. Maybe it's just because we didn't see him learning to work in a team and he still acted rude and standoffish. I have mixed opinions on his new mask.
I hoped that MWIII would fix that, but the story in that game basically wrote everyone as weird, incompetent, and OOC.
I hoped that I didn't piss anyone off with what I thought of the reboot Ghost.
